Believing I was ordering two OtterBox "Commuter" cases for a Galaxy Note II, I paid almost $30.00 in overnighted shipping fees because I needed replacements NOW (my original case had cracked.) What I RECEIVED were two generic, unknown cases of ZERO quality that came nowhere CLOSE to the items I THOUGHT were ordered. The cheap plastic packaging containing the cases had leached into the case finish, leaving a shiny, sticky residue on them. At $2.95 each (which SHOULD have tipped me off I was getting GARBAGE rather than a factory discontinued OtterBox case!) it is most certainly not worth sending them back. Expensive lesson learned, one that shall NOT forget. What I WILL do is FORGET this company exists... and to tell anyone who asks (like this "review site" of my poor experience.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Cellular Outfitter. I placed my order the night before, and had to change my shipping on the order the next morning, and they were very helpful. I am very pleased with the case I ordered.
Have been waiting 4 months for my phone case they are still selling the same one so I would assume it is not out of stock
The black decal came off with cover sheet, so glass protector kept falling off. It finally fell off & shattered.
Placed the order on the 1st of december, paid $9.99 for the faster delivery (2 to 4 business days), they didn't drop the package to the post office till the 5th, today is the 9th and still no delivery.
Done with cellular outfitter.
I never authorized any shipping charges for a $3+ purchase. Never even saw a place to view shipping alternatives and expected free shipping as many other vendors offer. When I saw an $11+ shiping charge I tried to call to cancel the order and within 1/2 hour sent a cancellation email. Got a boilerplate email and then nothing further.
My first time asking for assistance with CellularOutfitter was a great experience. It took a few days before I got a response about my question, but then my issue was resolved quickly and with care. I appreciate Kris and his awesome customer service!

This website is not honest at all.
Problem start when I figure out that I'm paying for 2ed screens protector that I will not need. And continued with the case that I recieved. They are Salling iphone 6 and 6plus case in the name of iphone7 and 7plus.
I just got confused when I tried to place the case. I thought I'm having problems with the instruction or I need to focus in how it works, thinking that I'm building a phone instead of just placing the cases until I noticed the main problem.
CellularOutfitter sold case that it's for the old version.
I already contact them because of this problem and I'm not receiving any ins were until now.
Never trust this website.
I forgot to talk about the shipping. That is the real juke. You don't know that you're getting charged for the shipping until you check your receipt. By the time of reviewing your order they don't show you the shipping witch is a bat intention.

My items arrived late, I was unable to track them with the tracking numbers given to me and when I contacted customer support they never got back to me.
The iPhone 7 holders that I purchased are very nice quality and reasonably priced. They were delivered as expected in excellent condition. Love them and so do my friends!
Great phone case. Terrific value and my order arrived within the time promised. This is the second time I have ordered from Cellular Outfitter and I will continue in the future. I will also recommend this company to friends and family.
NO customer service, just some guy who sends error-filled emails on an almost daily basis - almost as often as I receive emails trying to sell me something! SPAMMERS at their worst
Dishonest product descriptions, high shipping costs, slow delivery. 2-4 day shipping took them 5 days to "process" and USPS took 4 business days, over the course of a weekend...
Website constantly spams my email inbox with offers, each and every day.

The service reps with CO are very nice and helpful and willing to solve problems.
Lousy, lousy, lousy. I paid for expedited shipping and the products arrived, but late. Got an email that indicated shipping could be tracked but the link never populated with tracking data. NONE of my inquiries garnered a response from customer service. Won't be dealing with these knuckleheads again.
First i order glass shield for the samsung g7, the send one that was too small, it lasted 7 month before it fell off, i order a nother and same thing happen. I order one of there rubber protect case, it only lasted 5 month before it fell apart.
