The prices on the site look good because they don't disclose that they have an exorbitant shipping charge that I have never experience on the internet before. Each new item requires new shipping charge. I ordered a few items thinking I would pay one shipping charge. Indeed when I checked out I did not see any shipping charge and the total for the items was $15.51 after a 40% discount. I approve the credit card charge on what I thought was that about. But they weren't done up selling. They flashed contract of sale of another item and I fell for the bait. When I approved $5 more in purchase the price charged to my credit card went up to over $40.
I wanted to call to cancel the sale, but they did not answer the phone on Saturdays and Sundays. I immediately emailed asking them not to ship until the matter was adjusted. I received a form letter email back saying they would get back to me. The purchase was on a weekend, so I called the first thing Monday morning. I was put on hold for 14 minutes only to get voicemail. I also e-mailed twice more asking them not to ship. The next thing I knew they had already shipped and a day later I received an email telling me that since it already shipped I would have to wait until it arrived for any adjustment.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with an internet vendor. I'm going to report them 2 Consumer Fraud authorities and I hope they can be banned from pulling these kinds of tricks on others. I would never do business with these people again
I purchased 3 protective casing & all 3 were defective. Period. One positive note is the customer service & how fast took care of the situation by sending out what is needed to return the items.
I am very much satisfied waiting on my next order.
I like my case, I wasn't happy with the shipping cost. Im not sure if I read it wrong or what, but it was expensive.

I was very dissappointed with the quality (or lack there of,) of the products. The 1st screen saver cracked as I was installing it and the second one had poor instructions and lost its stickiness before I could complete the process. I'm not a happy customer.
There was advertised free shipping, and when I clicked on my shipping method ( which didn't show an upcharge) I was charged an extra $10 without realizing it
Ordered on Mon, delivered on Thursday, can't ask for more than that!
I've ordered phone cases a few months ago and learned of the $5.99 shipping and handling on first item & $1.99 on each other items. I wasn't to happy about that because you don't find out until afterwards, but for the price of some of these items plus my discount code it wasn't that bad. I placed another order the other day for an extra battery and a external battery charger, they did not ship the next day as the website claims, but I did get them today and the charger was broken. I Googled a phone number for them and spoke with Rachel who was very pleasant and helpful. She is shipping me another one and didn't ask me to return the broken one on my dime. If I'd of had to do that then we'd of had some issues there and I'd have sent my entire order back and bought my items elsewhere that offered free shipping! I'd have given a 5 except for the broken item! I hope that the new one arrives soon and intact!

Ordered a time sensitive item from their site that said "In Stock - Leaves our warehouse today" I placed my order and then the item didn't ship for 5 more days and won't be here for the gift exchange for our extended family leaving me last minute to go buy a replacement AND still have to return this one on my dime. Lesson learned NEVER AGAIN!
I have to send back your product, due to what I ordered was the plastic cover for the cell phone I had, has broken. So, no need for it. The problem I have is that I have to pay for return shipping? And there isn't a phone number to call about any problem. Your chat isn't instead. Why have one if you are just going to send an e-mail?
Was mislead when ordering the case, wjen receive the case ot was low quality and not what was described as what i was ordering.
My order placed 12/2/2016 not only has not arrived but today 12/13/2016 my package was given over to the post office to deliver from ups' it took 4 days to gat ANY response from Cellular Outfitters. I was promised 40 percent off and with 3 phone cases and screen shields that would have mattered to me on my income. So if possible I would give them a 0
They don't even show you how much the shipping is so you think you got free shipping and then you check out and oh BTW $8 to shipping a set of earbuds. What bull$#*!! Never again will I shop this site.
