It's nice to have the peace of mind that CarShield offers! Knowing I can get my vehicle fixed just about anywhere in the US should I be traveling is also a giant plus! Strongly recommend this service!

An insurance company looking for way not to pay
February 13, 2025

I needed a radiator replaced on my truck. My repair was submitted to Car Shield. You decided to reduce my claim by by over $300. I understand I had to pay $100 deductible but after comparing my radiator to one other car shop for a price of a radiator you decided to reduce my radiator payment by over $200. When I called your staff person she told me you compared to one other car shop. Is that a good comparison or just like other companies in your business you look for ways to not pay. I am sure this was a complete waste of time.
