Shane and Benjamin at 12120 Sw 117 ave miami fl. 33186. Was amazing i had a situation where I brought and item(wipers) from a different place. And they help me put on even when they told me that if anything happen it was on me. But they both put them on in 2 second. And they place where i bought the wipers from said that they couldn't doing it. Shane and Benjamin went above and beyond when they really didn't have to.

“Gamified Customer Service with Ridiculous Delayed Delivery”

Advance Auto offers a few modes of support, one is email, but all that happens is you "eventually" (think delay) receive an email that states they have no email based support! The next option is chat, you always start off as number 11 in line (i. E. delay), and eventually a rep responds, but with lots of unnecessary delays (e.g. Please provide your name and email (that you already entered to start the chat) so they can delay another five minutes to look things up). The rep pretends to be reviewing things, and while this (delay) happens, the chat always times out, kicking you completely out. The chat has no audio sound cues, so you must inconveniently (by design?) sit monitoring the chat visually to not miss your turn. And of course (conveniently for AA) no transcript is sent. Your last, and more importantly "untraceable" action is to call yes back to the 20th century for "advance" auto. Basically, they've created a system that stalls you out from getting immediate resolution on interests, allowing them to do things like gain interest on millions of dollars of funds their holding for wayward transactions. AVOID! Also... check out their unbelievable return policy, they've essentially gated customers from returning COMMON parts types, and conveniently, they make no effort to be up front about this.

I personally would choose advanced auto over auto zone any day. It seems that advanced auto actually interviews their employees before they hire them in

I ordered brake drums online, picked up in a local store. First bad experience- the drums were defective, warped. When I contacted the store where I picked them up, the 2 male clerks were extremely rude. Went to another local store to return them and purchase another set. The two male clerks at this store were extremely helpful and nice, and returned the defective drums. Well, I get an email from Advance showing a return for one brake drum. I contacted them once, spent 1/2 hour on the phone, and provided the receipt showing that 2 were returned. Today, I get an email asking for the receipt. How many times do I need to provide this? I've spent too much time, and been aggravated enough with a defective product. Then there's the time I had to spend driving back and forth. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from Advance Auto. Save yourself the aggravation.

My last visit to the 277 Church St,Whitinsville,MA,******* location was a nightmare. I had a return he could not find in his system when I gave him my PH number. I also needed to purchase another part. The old guy behind the counter looked up the item I wanted; when he went to get it I looked at his screen, one was $9.99, the other was $6.99. When he came back with the part the price is now $26.99 for a doughnut gasket, Really. He gave me the impression that the part I was returning may have been stolen, because now he wants my ID. When the so called manager got involved, I told him about my past experiences shopping at that store. He said "If you could find me someone that could do the job have them apply" When I joked that I might apply myself the old fool behind the counter made it clear that they wouldn't hire a black person, with no reaction from the manager. Reason enough for me to never shop there again. Because racism exist at that store, and who knows how many other AdvanceAuto/Carquest. The 277 Church St,Whitinsville,MA,******* location SUCKS! For service.

Tip for consumers:
Shop somewhere else.

These guys know what they are doing! Whenever I go in there for parts, they are never out of stock and they help me understand what all I need for my car! They even install batteries and wiper blades!

What a joke this turned out to be first off the website kept saying oops we had a error so i tried it again well oops another error. So one more try and it worked. Great except when i got there i had three orders waiting for me not the one. Well guess what rhey had charged my paypal account for all three
Next it was the offer they advertised of. Buy four at the cost of three by rebate. Well i was informed by the manager that what the hell else did i want i had gotten a dicount ordering online acting like the rebate was coming out of his pocket.
No as a matter of fact it was to come from monroe. And i left the store without getting the form i needed o recieve my rebate
Thats kinda like getting ripped off i have to say were talking about 20 bucks and thats what got me there to buy the product how do they get away with this and is this company policy i wonder and is this how all of thier stores treat consumers? I do a lot of vehicle repairs and have never felt so insulted by a manager of a parts store. Bottom line is dont fall for rebates or patronize thier stores

What I really like about Advance Auto Parts is the ability to save BIG when you purchase the parts on line. If you simply order the part on line you can get discounts that you won't get in the store. For example, I found a discount code on the Retail Me Not website for $40 off if you spend $100. That is a big discount! Also when you purchase on line, Advance will regularly send you 20% of coupons. And for the icing on the cake, you can pick it up at the store or have it delivered to your home. The parts I have purchased have been first rate and many offer a lifetime limited warranty. With these outstanding features, why would you want to buy parts anywhere else?
