Advance Auto offers a few modes of support, one is email, but all that happens is you "eventually" (think delay) receive an email that states they have no email based support! The next option is chat, you always start off as number 11 in line (i. E. delay), and eventually a rep responds, but with lots of unnecessary delays (e.g. Please provide your name and email (that you already entered to start the chat) so they can delay another five minutes to look things up). The rep pretends to be reviewing things, and while this (delay) happens, the chat always times out, kicking you completely out. The chat has no audio sound cues, so you must inconveniently (by design?) sit monitoring the chat visually to not miss your turn. And of course (conveniently for AA) no transcript is sent. Your last, and more importantly "untraceable" action is to call yes back to the 20th century for "advance" auto. Basically, they've created a system that stalls you out from getting immediate resolution on interests, allowing them to do things like gain interest on millions of dollars of funds their holding for wayward transactions. AVOID!

Also... check out their unbelievable return policy, they've essentially gated customers from returning COMMON parts types, and conveniently, they make no effort to be up front about this.
