Went to drop off my wife's sister at their home on the way back stop by the mailbox. I shut the truck off so I could open the mailbox when I notice I couldn't get the key off. I tried to turn on the truck, but it won't turn on I was unsure why it won't turn on I had just purchased a new battery. I gentleman came to assist me ask me to open the hood in which I did found the positive pole had a lot of acid around it. I clean it up and it turn on, but when I shut the truck off the key won't come out. I tried everything in my knowledge to remove the key by adjusting the Park, but it still wouldn't come out. I called Car Shield and spoke to Jennel she asked for my contract number, but I didn't have it on me. With few questions she able to verify that that it was me; she asked me to drive the vehicle home, and if wanted a tow truck. I said No the truck is drivable. She gave to different auto centers I could take my vehicle to Caliber Auto on Alamo Parkway, but then she mentions there was a closer Caliber Auto on Potranco Road where I live. That evening I fell to sleep, and my wife went to the truck, because her nephew told her what to do and she was able to remove the key out of the ignition. When I woke up about 10:00 pm she told me she had pulled the key out of the ignition, and push it in to start the truck, and the ignition released the key. I told her that's why I have Car Shield for these types of occurrences. Since then, the key ignition has been working fine. All I can say is that Car Shield was there for me, and Jennel was an excellent representative of Car Shield was very professional and out of her way to help me with my problem.

Nadie se preocupa realmente por lo que necesitas mandaron una transmisión que no servía.
Tube que pedir un préstamo para otro carro. Ahora estoy más endeudado que antes. El ajustador tardo 3 semanas en ver la transmisión. No muy molesto yo tengo pagando 4 años por el servicio y a la hora del problema ustedes abaros no sueltan el dinero para arreglar el problema pronto.
Haber elejido carshield para covertura despues de la de Nissan fué la mejor desicion para mi tranquilidad. La recomiendo 100/100 aunque los tiempos de espera para la reparacion son verdaderamente largos ( 15 dias aproximadamente) llenate de paciencia y saldras Bien librado.
Es la primera vez q voy utilizar el seguro si es necesario pero primero necesito saber realmente cómo procede y cuáles son los talleres al cual puedo acudir para la revisión de mi auto

I'm 69 yrs young and have never used or filed a claim on any type or kind of warranty before. Just so thankful a friend convinced me to buy a warranty. I have to say that this has been the most pleasant experience. Car Shield kept me updated almost daily with information regarding my claim.
