The Rick Case VW showroom sales force was professional in their approach and presentation. They have well established products know-how characters and are thorough in meeting customer demands. Also after sales services were exceptional and excellent upon the needs that meet all safety measures for the car and driver.

Purchased brand new Chevrolet Equinox from Piehl Motors in Princeton Illinois! Chelsea was incredible! Did everything possible to help me surprise my wife with this brand new vehicle! Even supplied me with a big red bow, so I could surprise her with the vehicle! Just an over all wonderful experience!

This past Saturday was my first experience with purchasing a Volkswagen product. Laura and her sales team were great. They were knowledgeable, helpful, honest and very professional. I am so happy with my new Atlas SE and with the friends I made at City Volkswagen of Chicago! Top notch service!

Terrible website

Trying to post an ad to sell my car. But the darn website is acting up. Does not understand my password every now and then. When it takes I am unable to see my ad. What a waste of time... I am moving on to Auto trader.

The Auto Store in Palmyra NJ that cars.com will not post. Don't know why? No cussing or threats. Makes a person think! They sent an email saying they were going to post it. That was yesterday. I wrote and asked them why it wasn't posted, no response.

I set up an account on Cars.com to sell my vehicle. I didn't want to pay $25 in order to have the "better" package. The free option allowed my vehicle one month of Advertise time. I was okay with that. But I couldn't get my photo's to upload, and I only had 12 views.
The worst thing I faced was that the only "Bites" I got were from SCAMMERS. I don't know if paying for the package would have made any difference in who was able to view my page, but I do know, Posting on this website was a complete waste of my time.

I found the car I was looking for on Cars.com. It was priced well over the KBB value, so I called them and asked how flexible on price were they. The assured me the price was negotiable. I told them that it was two hours to get to their dealership and I did not want to drive that far for the price it was offered. Again I was told "everything is negotiable". Of course it wasn't when I got there. Tag, taxes and a whopping $700 dealer fee. Wasted 2 hours driving there and 2 hours back home.

I put a negative review on Cars.com about the dealership, because I had looked at the reviews before I went to the dealership and I was misled. I wanted others to know what to expect. It has NEVER shown up in the reviews section, leading me to believe that they are more worried about dealers than they are buyers and are selectively posting reviews in favor of dealers.

I bought a 2008 **** Explorer 4 wheel drive V6 for $7.600 around July 19th, 2021. First it took them 2 weeks to maintenance the truck and me playing cat and mouse with the sales associate telling me repeatedly the truck will be ready tomorrow this went on for two weeks. He was very aggressive trying to sell me a car. They play good cop bad cop with me in those 2 weeks. On September 8,2021 the radiator went, on September 16th the fan went that was a total of $625.00 parts and labor I paid for at my mechanics. This morning I start the truck put it in drive and the truck would not move wouldn't go in reverse either, I lost my transmission very sad. I was so excited to get this truck and the only reason I drove all the way out there from ******* was they had a lot of good reviews. BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Good place to compare basic info/prices on different model cars... unfortunately some of the listings don't say very much and just take you to a dealer's site... overall though its worth checking out for casual comparison.

If you list your car on cars.com, expect ridiculous offers from their car purchasing service. Beware of bait and switch offers. I received text offer for $20,526 and agreed to that offer but then they sent actual purchase agreement at $11,400. I removed my ad from this site and will not do business with a company that operates like this.

Nothing but scammers and sales people called for a car I had for sale. I did not get 1 single real lead from my posting even though my car was below costs than anyone else. This site promotes dealers over private sellers and publishes your phone number. If you are trying to sell your car privately, this is NOT the site to do it. Was extremely disappointed and had to remove my ad - I wish they would at least return my $$!

My husband and I pulled into Queen City Motors and thought we would take a look at what they had. The sale man Tom was right there ready to assist us. Tom was kind, helpful and willing to help us get the right vehicle. Queen City Motors also assisted us in getting a loan the process was taken care for us by Chris he took care of it all and the paper work also.
Truly their team made it nice, simple and a enjoyable day for us. My husband did get the car he had been wanting and at a good price. Now that is Great!

The people who worked in this dealership are extremely unprofessional and rude. I don't have an appointment and tried to ask for help to change motor oil. It won't spend a technician couple of hours (maybe just 15 minutes) and I am willing to stay at the dealership for whatever time waiting. However, a black service advisor (don't know his name) just stormed next to me and screamed at me that "THERE IS NO SERVICE FOR NO APPOINTMENT" while pounded the service table angrily. He has no courtesy to customers and I don't recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Stay away from this ugly place.

We've just found our second vehicle through Cars.com. It made the searching so easy. You can start with a broad general search, then narrow it down with choices including year, make, model, body style, transmission, interior and exterior color, etc. Then you can narrow the choices down from there. We tried several auto search websites, always come back to Cars.com. Good job.

Had trouble with a review from a local nut job who never bought a car or walked into the store. cars.com would not remove the Nut Job's remarks even though their review guidelines say review can only be from a consumer. Cars.com fix for us was to spend more money. AutoTrader treats dealers much better!

When you post photos of your vehicle the site does not maintain those photos. If you call customer service they say there working on a fix for the site wide problem. Two weeks and I give up. Your not even trying. Avoid this website.

I signed up for cars.com for 4 month starter plan. I'm a dealer in Oklahoma. I was told I could cancel after the 4 months if I didn't use the service. I could not cancel and I ended up getting over charged. I only posted 3 cars on the whole life of the account. This company is filled with liars and cheats. They reel you into a contract and then keep you on the hook as long as they possibly can. Cars.com will
Scam you out of money like they did with me and my business. Watch out and look elsewhere. I could go on for hours about all the ways I got screwed by this company and several of its employees. Please watch out and don't do business with these liars and cheats.

It's hard to find a better organized site, to look for what you want. The searches are simple to execute, well thought of, detailed. You can do 95% of our car buying in here and face dealers with confidence, full of knowledge, and well informed about pricing options. Great site.
