Awesome personality, great description, and followed up for my purchase. I just went in because it was bear where my grandmother was at. I was greeted when I came in the dealership amd was willing to help me immediately. He showed me the cars in price ramge just was waiting on my parents final decisions. Also the manager that appraised my car made me feel apart of how much car value was. Love this place.
Reached out to cars.com regarding a listing they have. Advised them that the price they have listed is $10k lower than the dealership. MEGAN, told me that sometimes there are errors and that I would need to contact the dealer for correct pricing, HOWEVER never said cars.com would address the issue with the dealership and have it corrected. Seems a little strange that they would allow wrong information to sit on their site. Bad business practice!
I wrote a one-star review about Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe on 11/4/2016 on Cars.com. It's web site said Car.com will contact me about my review through email in a few days. It did not happen and it did not publish my review. My review was published by Yelp though. Thus, I question the fairness of the cars.com reviews.
I had a very bad experience was a dealer that I had found on Cars.com and I tried to leave a one star review twice and neither time were they posted even though I followed their instructions. Makes you wonder..
Although I am not ready to purchase the vehicle I would like, I decided to start looking ahead of time so that I could have time to look at my many options. She knew from the beginning that at this time I was just browsing, and unlike most she still chose to help. Dianna has spoken with me numerous times and has helped explain the entire process. She has taken the time to answer all of my questions. Even so much as helping me compare ones I liked most. As well as speaking with me about how I should go about deciding who to apply for financing through. Her kindness and willingness to help has changed my perspective when it comes to car shopping. She has been absolutely amazing and has definitely been a nice breath of fresh air throughout all of this. When the time comes, and I am ready to make my purchase, I refuse to let anyone else sell me a car but her. Thank you so much Dianna for all of your help and guidance the last couple of weeks! I'll be sure to send anyone I know your way!
Midway Nissan has the best deals! I traded my 2009 Jeep Patriot for a Nissan Sentra 2019! I recommend Aldo Espinoza for all your car shopping needs! He was a very big help and did everything he could to make sure its was a great deal and affordable!
I found a vehicle on Cars.com listed for Grand Prairie Ford. The vehicle was listed at $36,865. I contacted the dealer about the vehicle, and drove two hours to buy it. When I arrived the Sales team said the web site messed up the price and it was actually close to $50,000. This is very unethical sales tactics.
All results (regardless of the search criteria), come back with vehicles typically worth less than 40k dollars with "estimated value" of hundreds of thousands of dollars (I. E. a 2 year old silverado had an estimated value of 211,789!).
Bottom line is cars.com and its affiliated dealerships are unreliable. Dont waste your time.
My wife and I wanted to get our daughter and her family a reliable car. We went to South Colorado Springs Nissan and were able to do that. They had a great selection of used cars and within a very short time we found the perfect car for them. The loved it and we loved the selection and price! We will definitely recommend this dealership to all our family and friends!
I had a great experience buying my car from Seasell Auto in Wilmington, NC. This dealership is top notch. Blake went above and beyond showing me all of my options, and he made sure that I ended up with the SUV that I was most comfortable with. There was no hassle, pressure, or slick sale gimmicks. I felt peace of mind driving off the lot, and I will most definitely be back. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and any other potential buyers. They are outstanding!
I submitted a free ad to sell my car on cars.com, it went into review. Ten days went by and nothing changed so I sent an email. I received an email back asking me to call an 800 number. I called and was placed on hold for 25 minutes then a representative came on the line and asked to hold( another 30 minutes) then she proceeded to ask a lot of questions which I answered then she proceeded to tell me that she wants a copy of the title because I was flagged. I asked her why and she would not offer an explanation. So I asked to speak with a supervisor who basically told me that I dont have to use their free service if I dont want to. I asked him for an explanation and he would not offer one.
I just bought a 2011 Lexus RX350 from C. Pizzano Auto Sales in Wyoming, PA (near Wilkes Barre), Everything about the experience was positive, from first telephone contact to picking up the car. I had a 6 hour total drive to buy the car. It was worth it. Jeff Pizzano's description of the car on the phone ("there is small ding on driver's door." "It's like new,") was completely accurate. Price very fair. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends, even though it is 130 miles from where I live.
Thanks, Say and Ty, for helping me upgrade my ride and listening to my needs when it came to finding the right vehicle for me and my family. "Got Thomas" worked around my budget and was able to get me financed even though I have bad credit. Thank you.
Inconsistence in their search engine and my biggest complain is that you will see cars from "CARAVANA" online dealer popping everywhere like they're pushing you to see their website to only find out that none of the cars advertised by this overpriced company is available, so they are using the little click-bite trick. There is other better choices to search for your new or used vehicle. I'm not using cars.com
I have a dealership on hillside ave, jamaica ny, when i started cars.com we got few leads after that we got leads from mostly out of state and if its from ny noone responds, and even if they respond they have questions like i want a test drive.
Cars.com makes fun of car dealerships by sending false leads.
I had a customer from cars.com who came and filled the vehicle with his family and forced for a test drive, when i asked whats the next step he said i just came for a test drive.
Cars.com needs to stop mocking dealerships with false leads.
I dont want to even give them one star.
We found Leo at Nashua Hyundai. He sold us our 3rd Hyundai. Great guy gave us all the tips to save as much as possible on our 2017. All 3 cars are still on the road, 2000, 2008, and 2017... you can't beat that kind of reliability!
Minivan 2017 Pacifica offered at $ 18.999 - with so many discounts and requirements -nobody can or will meet requirements.
BS in every asked questions - stay away and - walk away. Buying new car in present time is a... gimmicks. SO many incentives but you can't apply incentives. My suggestion to all automakers - Ford GM Chrysler-Fiat, Toyota, Honda. Deal directly with public - not with dealers - you will sell more vehicle w/out dummy incentives and dummy dealers. I will never purchase new car again - period.
All dealers - get lost and gone with the wind.

I was interested in possibly buying a discontinued 2019 Chevy Volt. Cars.com had one listed at about $36K, but it also suggested there may be additional fees. Okay, I can get that. I was trying to make a purchase before Apr 1 deadline for a $7,500 tax credit.
No quote from my query. They wrote and asked if I was interested. I replied that was was first seeking a quote for a straight cash deal.
"Taking the route of no trade and no finance would put you at $42,558.81," M. R., Sir Walter Chevrolet.
$42,558.81! Yikes, I'm definitely NOT interested. Quite a difference from the cars.com $35,820.
I don't know if this reflects a kind of bait and switch of dealers on Cars.com or of this dealership, but I'm happy I did not proceed to attempt to make a purchase.

Sam is the best customer representative and sales person i have encountered so far. He helped me though the whole process. He excessively tried his vest to get me the best deal in the budget i put on the table and he did. I walked out a very happy customer having Sam as my sales person.
I would NEVER recommend DeVoe Buick! They are the worst at customer service. They have an attitude of almighty. From lying sales people to arrogant owners. I leased a car from them and returning was a nightmare. Service staff was good though, always helpful. But the owners are terrible and very full of themselves. BEWARE! If I could have given negative TEN stars, I would have!
