Basil has a great service department, you feel right at home in their waiting room. Coffee and doughnuts. Free WiFi. Service department is very friendly and listens to your concerns. Most of all the service is awesome and also great at getting you in and out. Very happy to finally find a great dealer and great service.
I just leased a car from Mid-Island Hyundai... Great service... Great deal
I had gone to 4 dealerships and decided on Mid-Island because of the sales person Peter Marcus and the General Manager Brendan Miller... they took the time to explain leasing (since I had never leased a car before). I never felt pushed into anything or rushed. They were great.
I had also gone to Atlantic Hyundai and the sales person there was rude, condescending, and sarcastic... I ran back to Mid-Island and finalized the lease there, I choose Mid-Island because of customer service... while waiting to speak to the sales person I listened to all the staff around where I was seated and realized all of these sales people were professional and respectful... the person who handled the credit and banking aspect of the lease took time to explain everything and I had many questions and I never had the feeling of being pushed into anything.
Mid-Island Hyundai, thank you for a great experience...
I think this is a above average website because I couldn't find my search within. I appreciate for their services as the pack comprises everything. As a suggestion, I wish them to be updated with the complete list of cars.
Went to look at SUV that we saw online. We were very pleased with Toni the salesman He was kind not pushy let us take our time to test drive the vehicle. The whole process went very smoothly all the people were excellent I will tell other people about our experience
Looking for a used pickup. Showed me nothing but wrecked trucks and trucks with rear ends missing, big dents, smashed front ends, undrivable should be marked as scrap. Why show scrap vehichles on this site? I checked the used and certified vehichles. Certified showed only new ones. Easier to just go on some dealership sites...
This book contains very basic material on the operation of the car; it appears to be a decent read for teenagers looking to grasp the basic; but the more mature readers will find this very shallow. The text contains the fundaments of auto mechanics; it is split into seven chapters; and each chapter describes a major automotive system.
You can get a ton of info. Use their valuation numbers against others. Get market numbers for your vehicles to get comparable sales prices. Get smart on everything, use the site to pit dealers against each other for your business.
After such a bad experience with Miller Toyota, I am so glad to find a Toyota Dealership (and a salesman/finance) that wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell me insurance or coverage or play the shell game on pricing. They gave me everything that was listed on the web page (no switch vehicles or options or price) without haggle. The manager couldn't match the offer I had from Car Max and he had no issues with me selling it first and bringing a check for the full amount I was quoted. The salesmen spent time, after the sell, explaining all the features to my wife and myself.
I spent the better part of the last four weeks searching for a Porsche 911S. I bid unsuccessfully on a couple of the dozens I looked at nationwide. Then I saw a listing by ADI Autosport, LLC and called them. Tarek (Tom) Adi, the owner, was excellent to deal with and we completed the transaction very quickly. He explained everything that was on the car and it met my requirements. There were many photos to look at, but that's still not the same as seeing it in person. Tom described it to me over the phone and when it came off the transport, it was exactly as he described. He even arranged for transport. I highly recommend this dealer.
I had my vehicle posted on cars.com as a private seller for a week. Had a couple of scam responses, and was unable to upload photos even after emailing them for help. I chose not to pay $50 to sell my car, so that was probably part of the issue. Long story short, I got smart and put it on offerup, sold my car in less than 24hours.
Recently took my vehicle in to AutoNation Hyundai in NRH. One of my best experiences with a Service Department in my 60+ years. Young gentleman Zach Mobley believe his name. When employees call their customers back, answers their questions and actually listens to your questions that is where I will go back for future service needs. Zach answered all my questions and I had a lot. I have taken my car to other dealerships before and was treated like a number, but today I was treated like a person... I have bought from AutoNation before and I will buy from AutoNation again... Top notch sales with an even better service department. Companies need more employees like Zach ones who actually cares about their customers.
I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Mazda City of Orange Park with the help of Joel Montijo. He was extremely conscious of how much I wanted to spend, very honest and answered all of my questions. Joel made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I did not feel pressured or stressed working with him. I would highly recommend working with Joel Montijo if you are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thank you Joel for your AWESOME customer service!
I have bought many, many cars at Liccardi and come back because of the customer service. Anthony has been my salesperson for the last 2 vehicles and he knows his business and is courteous and helpful. There is no pushiness like other dealers.
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Walter's and I have to say the customer service I received from Eddy Eslayed was outstanding! He went above and beyond what I expected and was professional and treated me with great care! Thank you!
I had an awesome experience at Toyota Universe at Little Fall NJ. Pat yameogo my sales rep knew a lot about the car i was looking at and very helpful in guiding me to my purchase. I would definitely recommend Pat to anyone looking to buy a car
Went to Franklin Kia in Tennessee to look at the Kia Soul. They were running a great promotion on them. When we pulled into the lot Jeff Peck came out and meet us. He was very friendly and outgoing with no pressure about buying a car. He did ask if we were looking for any certain car and that is when we told him we were wanting to look a some Kia Soul. He asked us a few questions as to what color we were looking for and what all did we wanted on the car. Then he went to working finding the car and color that would interest us. Jeff was able to deliver everything that we wanted on the car and he also introduced us to the owner David Edreich. David went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal for the car that we wanted.
If anyone is looking for a Kia I highly recommend Franklin Kia and Jeff Peck
I found my lovely car on this site and have used for nearly two months. The car is in good using and make me feel more different with which I have used before. I think this is a trustful site to buy what you want.
It was quick and very enjoyable dealing with our sales person Jeff Styskal. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took his time explaining different options and answering all of your questions and concerns.
Couple days ago went in and was just going in to take a look! Well turned out I walked out buying a car! The sales man Arsi was giving my good information about everything I was wanting to know which I thought was very professional and much appreciated! Love the car!
Put up a ad to sell my Scion, half a dozen scammers got it touch that's it! Then they want you to sell to a dealer, most offered my 1/3rd of what I paid for car just a year ago, one offered 1/6th! It's a good car! This was a waste of time.
