As a widow of only a few months, I was so concerned about returning my 2013 Altima and going forward with a new lease. This is the fourth car Arnold has sold or leased to us. He had a wonderful relationship with my late husband. Arnie handled me with such kindness and care when I arrived at the showroom. He remembered that I always sat in the back seat during a test drive while Jack drove and said I was going to love my new car! He made me feel safe and comfortable when I did the test drive! He made my day with Nissan a day filled with joy and pleasure as I continue going forward on my journey alone. I love my new 2015 Sentra!

My son is looking for his first car. We are looking for sporty cars under $10k and are finding scams. A 2011 BMW Z4 at a supposed dealer in manhatten turns out to be a fake military person in Utah. Send money via eBay and they will send the car to test drive? Really? Now I'm in touch with a dealer who supposedly has a bunch if really nice cars listed for $2500 A Mini Cooper S with low miles, a Nissan 350z all for nothing at this Honda dealer in NJ where I happened to have purchased as car. But only contact via gmail it says and none of these cars on their real website. A Honda dealer who only wants to use gmail? Again really... all scams and fakes

Who does this? This is a website to list vehicles for sale. Dealers and private sellers. I guess when you list an expensive truck, someone got upset about it because I wouldn't sell my truck to a reseller or dealer. My cars.com listing was closed/ account closed with zero communication from cars.com. I had to log into my account to find out my listing was closed. Im so glad I didn't pay for a listing with them because what a scam. This is a joke of a website if this is how they run things over there.

Excellent service, I had the opportunity to visit the Waldorf, MD National Motors to purchase a car, my salesman Mr. Don Brown was very informative and delightful to work with, he provided me with many different selections and I was able to choose a car of my selection, my experience at National Motors/Waldorf and with Mr. Don Brown was very good. I would recommend National Motors to my friends and family and salesman Mr. Brown if they ever need a car.

Ben Eddings, in Harrison Arkansas, drove 80 miles to show me a car which I ended up buying. Immediately after buying the car, a recall came out and they came over, picked up the car, accomplished the recall, performed an outstanding service bulletin, put a new wax-type finish on it to make it easier to clean AND furnished me a loaner for 2 days. It doesn't get any better than that.

Recently my car was totaled in an accident. DIamond Automotive was highly recommended as a reliable, professional dealership. Obviously I needed to replace my car quickly. Within one week I was able to purchase a quality used car in great condition at a very a reasonable cost. The salesperson was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I went to exit 5 auto sales in Latham, N. Y. to buy a 2010 Toyota Peruis he had for sale in car Garus. Rudy was very patient with me when we looked the car over and went on a long road test. Rudy was most helpful in helping to get the loan that we needed at what we were able to safely pay for a 12 mos. Rudy also got us operator manuals that were missing for the car. We wanted to pay a large down payment on the car and did using cash. When we got home (35 miles away) Rudy had left a message on our phone to call him. When we called him he informed us that we paid him $100.00 to much and that he would send us a check with the over payment. Rudy has proven to us that he is a salesman of very high standards for honesty, integrity, and a customers excellent satisfaction. My son and I stopped by last week to test drive an ILX and were very pleased with the car and the service we received from Jason Megna who is the Internet Sales Manager. I'm definitely glad I stopped by because we ended up buying not one car, but two cars. Enjoyed their one person pleasant sales approach as opposed to being lured in by one salesman and then interrogated by another once in inside the office. We will definitely continue doing business with Elk Grove Acura in the future, and we highly recommend their business to others wishing to own an Acura. Haven't had a more pleasant experience anywhere else!

My Experience with Stewart Subaru in Yakima, WA staff was one of the best car buying experience I have had. From my introduction with the sales staff, with working with the Sales Manager, Talking with the GM, finalizing with Finance, & lastly getting everything needed serviced & scheduled. All were patient, knowledgeable, & efficient. Not to mention they all took the time to ensure my son was entertained during the lengthy process. I cant possibly say enough good things about my 2016 Subaru Legacy & the Stewart Subaru employees themselves. I highly recommend anyone to Stewart Subaru. You will not be disappointed.

Grapevine Ford. Made an appointment with Alphonso for 2pm Saturday to see a specific car. We arrived early by 20 minutes to find out the car I asked them to hold was JUST sold. Ok. Fine. But could Alphonso have called me and told me BEFORE I made the trip to Grapevine from East Dallas?
He had another car for me to look at… more miles more expensive and NOT the color I was looking for. Bait and switch? IDK. But we left after complaining to the sales manager, Blaine.
Nice enough… but still. Ask me first if I want to look at a different car BEFORE I make the drive!
Poor customer service for a hot July day!
