Brooke took care of a return issue with a part # being incorrectly described. She was courteous and actually listened to my concerns. Despite the issue with incorrect parts being shipped, I will continue to do business with Car Parts due to their excellent customer service and caring about every customer.
After waiting 11 days for my part and multiple emails to customer service my part arrived. I was promised a refund which I have not received yet. Be cautious and look at dealing with other businesses before you choose to deal with carparts.com. Their shipping and customer service are a joke!

I will never order from carparts.com again ordered a bumper which came in two pieces that were delivered separate which I understand just received the second one today which the delivery date changed like four times. Bumper was supposed to come painted but was all scratched up just put in a box not wrapped in plastic or anything.
Double charge you and make excuses why they will keep your money for days. Lifetime warranty for a reason, parts barely standard. Went to local store luckily and got better parts for only a little more.

This was my first time using Carparts.com
It was very easy looking through the site for parts. As I am not a car person it can be overwhelming but the site made it easy. My parts shipped in a timely manner.
One of the parts was damaged in shipping and the customer service did respond via email. Dont call bevause that was not a great experience but emailing ended up being good. A gentleman named Paul was who helped send me a new product from their customer service.

Horrible customer service and lack of interest/knowledge of people or product. Completely discount the high reviews as they are anything but what they claim to be. 90 day return policy - yep, but get ready to fork out big bucks for return shipping. They do not stand behind their products in that the return shipping is usually so high that its not worth your time to ship. BEWARE! They stated that the item I ordered would fit OEM - it didn't and then they argued with me that it would! Go with Amazon as they will pay for return shipping in the event the item doesn't fit or is not the right item that was shipped.

I ordered spark plugs from these thieves and they not only sent me the wrong plugs for

$12.90. I spoke to Carparts.com Employee and also There supervisor and told me to put them online

I was surprised that they responded to my review, normally this would not happen, but I guess it's a regular thing for carparts.com. But I hope they actually post my review since it will help the people who are purchasing the product. I included the part numbers for the fasteners for the engine splash guard, which people will need to purchase from their dealership.

I purchased an idle air control valve from carparts, installed it and it didn't work properly. That's when Paul D got involved, he had a new one shipped out overnight and I installed it and again it didn't work properly.
I doubted that both parts were defective and this application was not for my vehicle, Paul had me return both parts and made sure my refund was processed right away. I received the tailgate very quickly it did have a dent on the body line after informing them they issued me a partial returned payment which covered the cost of having the dent removed. They also gave me the option of getting a new tailgate. This company is awesome in the fact the day received it I notified them by leaving a review at 10 pm and the contacted me at 9 am the next day. Great customer service will definitely use them again.

I ordered a wheel bearing on Saturday. Order didn't go through. I called Monday. I was assured it would be here Tuesday. Here it is Friday and still no part. I called and spoke to customer service twice. He kept saying rest assured. Let me see if you rest assured when you are stranded! Do not waste your time trying to save a little money.

What a nightmare! I would not recommend CarParts. My car needed rotors on both sides. They shipped one good part and the wrong part for the right side. Trying to exchange it was a long delayed process where I had to pay for shipping.

I recently bought some door handles for my Toyota Sienna and they did not hold up in cold weather so I wrote an honest review for the Carparts.com website sharing my experience. Much to my surprise a customer service rep reached out to me to let me know that the handles were covered by warranty and they would refund my money. I've never had a company take this kind of initiative to stand behind their products. I would give Carparts.com a 10 out of 10 for customer service!

We received the supposedly new radiator, hubby was finally able to install it today, got it all installed, put antifreeze in, started his jeep up, low & behold, everything leaked out because the drain plug was broken, he looked under all the papers in the box & found a piece of the drain plug broken off, not happy & definitely will not order from here again nor recommend... That round piece was down inside the radiator.

Ordered from them, a week after package was supposed to br delivered and they said carriers were experiencing high volume, package wasn't even picked up yet. The warehouse is in the same city as the delivery location. After I asked for a refund, they said it was past the point where they can give a refund, this was less than 30 days after order being placed. I threatened to dispute with PayPal and they then refunded.

I haven't had any issues ordering parts for my car from CarParts. The ordering process was seamless and my parts arrived when expected and the prices are reasonable. I really didn't have any complaints except the fit of some of the parts I ordered. They were slightly out of alignment. I made the comment in a recent post and their customer service team reached out to apologize and offered some form of restitution. It really wasn't necessary because the modification was wasn't huge and I was otherwise happy with my order. But it's impressive to see a company take the initiative to make things right.
