Can not beat these prices! Ordered new grill, headlamp and indicator light for my T100 as the prices were 1/3 or more off what the body shop was charging! Browsing through their website was a snap, and even found a coupon online for 10% off.
They use FedEx Ground shipping with SmartPost... took a bit longer than I expected, but totally worth it for the price savings!
I had a great experience with Kenneth with Car Parts.com Online Chat group.
He helped me find the parts I needed, and then told me of a new customer promotional discount and then made sure it got in the system.

I ordered a drivers side mirror for my 2012 Kia Sorento. The part was delivered a day earlier than expected! However, the part was defective and I've had nothing but problems with customer service. 2 calls where I was left on hold, with no answer, one for 25 minutes, one for 35 minutes. I tried to do the return authorization online, throughtheir website, and havent received the shipping label that was supposed to be emailed within 24 hrs. It's now been 7 days. Don't waste your time with these folks.
If I could give a negative review I would. They sent the wrong parts (two of the same side brake calipers), then they lost my coolant reservoir in shipment, now they won't give a refund for the two calipers that they sent in error and I sent back as soon as I received them! They admit they have received them back, but they just keep coming up with one excuse after another to not refund the money and hang up on me when I call about it. I have filed complaint with the BBB, my bank and now the Attorney General. The website clearly says 24-72 hours for returns, with a maximum timeframe of 5 business days---and it has been past that already. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. I don't know why they are so difficult and shady.

If customer service tells you this is the part you need you trust them. I gave yr, make, model, and sub model, tell him i want rear rotors and pads he asked if it is single piston i say yes witch it is. When his real question should have been is the front a single or dual piston because that will make a difference for the rear. I have a car torn apart and old parts are not going to go back on and i am told the new parts are not available for overnight 3 to 5 days. That was my first time to use car parts and obviously my last.

I called customer service/sales because I was concerned about when the product would arrive. The agent assured me it would arrive in five to seven days even though their website said it could take four or more days to ship. He said if I placed the order with him ( which I did) he would mark it to be expedited. I called after 6 days and my order had still not yet shipped and they said it would be another 3-5 days after it shipped before it would arrive. Basically everything the salesman told me was a lie and they did nothing to correct the situation.
We received the wrong parts in a kit and I wanted to return the brackets. Rosalie contacted me and made the return process a real pleasure.
Not used to this kind of service, I was expecting a 2 or 3 week process and was surprised at how easy the process went.
We buy a lot of parts for our 2 shops and will continue buying from Car Parts.
I would recommend buying from this company.

The product has not been shipped, ordered on 09/11/2020 and called them on 09/12/2020. Only provided tracking number but not shipped. I asked them to cancel the order, the lady said it has been shipped. Can not cancel. So, I requested to give me price difference credit. They will not do it. Just DONT buy from them. Bad reviews on ebay.
Ordered 3 parts and the most important one wasn't any good. I went to a junk yard a working one! I sent several emails to get a replacement and requested a return slip for the faulty part and after 10 days still no response of course the 30 day exchange is going to screw me. This particular part is famously faulty so I want a replacement not a refund and I won't be ordering here again

The hyundai dealer quoted a new mirror price of around $500 and I ordered the same quality mirror for $90! The dealer also was tacking on an additional $300 for painting. I ordered paint from another place for $15. I replaced mirror in about 5 minutes. What a deal!
I work repairing cars, so I order lot of parts with carpars. But this year it has been downhill, packages don't arive on time, they ship with terrible companies like LSO who don't deliver and lie that they did, or simply deliver a month after ETA. Refund never happens, replacements never arive. Its said, it was great, now its just horrible. Every dolar saved is a dolar lost trying to find the items that never arive.

During Ball Joint replacement I encountered a cotter pin hole with machining debris in the hole. The Ball Joint was already installed so I could not use a drill to clear the hole. I replied to the email the Carparts sent me and within a short period of time their team offered to send a replacement Ball Joint to me. I was able to clear the hole using a finishing nail and a drift. Their effort to assist me demonstrated excellent customer support. I don't have any photos, or any proof of purchase, and I don't normally complete reviews of products, but in this case I made an exception. I will consider using Carparts.com for my future parts needs.

I will never order anything from carparts.com again it takes too long to get a refund when you return an item. Then they lied and told me it would be expedited in 2 days I'm still waiting spoke with Mary the supervisor she said she would look into getting my refund and she tooky number down to call me back never received a call from her either. I called back and spoke to Robert and told me that Mary wasn't monitoring my account nor had she processed my refund. He said he put in a request for my refund and he is going to call me back on Monday July 31 to let me know the.details.

When I ordered from carparts.com (May 27th) they said I would have the parts in my hands in 2 days. I finally took delivery of the second half of a split shipment June 11th. I sent countless emails & innumerable phone calls leaving my number. Not one return correspondence. I gave them poor ratings on their website and they never posted any them. Whatever they say, buyer-be-ware!
Placed an order on a Saturday 2:30pm, ended up not needing the part. Spoke with customer service by 6 pm Saturday evening was told the order has not been processed yet and that it could be canceled. I have spoken to 3 customer service representatives, and they all are trained to tell customers thing that they will take care of, the first representative said they put in a request to cancel the order, that didn't happen. The second said he would message the shipping department and stop them from sending it, they shipped the order I canceled two day prior anyway. The last representative assured me I would get a full refund for their mistake. I received an email the next day. I'm being refunded the cost of the part, and not the shipping. I cannot in good faith recommend a company who's practices are to lie to customers to get them off the phone faster. End result, they refunded the cost of part and tax only, and not the shipping charges.

I have read really poor reviews on this site, however, the price was my first concern. Excellent pricing, was the first selling point for me. I am not computer savy, and the on-line chat help was extremely helpful! Robby was the person who helped me, and was very forgiving of my lack of "knowing how". He clearly explained everything, and helped me order the part! I cannot speak for others, but IMO, this customer service was superior!
Ordered a front bumper for my 2017 Ram 3500. Finally received it (late) and it had a dent right in front on top. Totally visible!
Since it was now backordered and I couldn't wait for a replacement (and had zero confidence that the next would be any better) i installed it.
Left my review. Not a positive one.
They contacted me and offered an $80 rebate.
We'll see if/when that actually gets handled since I read a couple other reviews that had similar issues and offers and are still waiting.
Lesson learned. Never again.
