The parts are always what I need for the job. The prices are good but the offers you; make like rebates on purchases never show up in the billing section. I am writing because other on line parts houses are out there and I am prone to using car parts.com but money and quality both talk. Do what you say when you say it or just don't publish the lie.
My order arrived on time and was exactly what I needed, the only issue is thag during the shipping, one headlight was slightly broken. Upon relaying this to customer service, they immediately contacted me and made things right, as best as they could.

This site is either not legit or just really BAD service! I bought too things from they're website, and both orders only came with about half the stuff I ordered! And the stuff thqt came was very flimsy. Do not buy here! It's a rip off company!
Ordered a couple of parts which seems acting up after a couple of years. Good one for cheaper part compare to the pricey ones that could fail as well. Different story on my buddy who got led lights that easily got bad after 6 months due to moisture and he couldn't get a refund, unlike the other led light bar from 4WheelOnline that works great after about 3 years.
The parts and service are great, but they're refund practices are crap. I accidentally double ordered a part so I called customer service. They told me I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Well… it took almost 3 weeks, and they made me jump through hoops to get my money back.

Ordered a replacement mirror which was advertised as fully functional like OEM - folding, extending and fully adjustable power mirror. Mirror received was not fully adjustable and I did not install. Instead of 4-way power adjustable, it was only 2-way adjustable on a diagonal axis. Carparts did not allow return because outside of 60 day return period but didn't discover problem until after that period was up.

Took 3 days to process,, 5 days to ship then customer service is arguing with me asking me why i would contact fedex in the first place... i told them why wouldnt i they have the package right? Wrong it was still at the ware house after being told the day before that once a tracking num was emailed that means it had already been picked up... again wrong... stay away
Don't waste your time. They don't honor price match fr competitors. They will literally email you back and tell you that you found the item at a good price and should take advantage and buy the item elsewhere. I ordered a part on 3/29/23…on 4/4/23 I received an email telling me the part is out of stock. Waste of time and money. Go elsewhere. Customer service is garbage.

Fairly simple exercise: buy front and rear rotors and pad kits. Got the rear rotor and front pads in short order, all okay (except for the fact that neither of the parts are of any use). One week later; 'Oh, [says customer service] we're out of the rear pads that are part of the kit, you'll need to order another type, and the front rotors are being processed.' Days after that; 'Oh, [says customer service] we're out of the front rotors that are part of the kit, and you'll need to order another type'. Well, good luck with that because when the front pads come in (which means that I'll have received three quarters of what I "need" ten days AFTER ordering it) it's ALL going back. I do NOT reward bad behavior.

They advertise great prices, until we get to the checkout. Then they add $100 in shipping, I can get free shipping if I add $100 in parts. My cart total was $650 before shipping! They're advertising prices, because it's 20% more than advertised after you get to the cart. If I sign up with my email, I can get 10% off is also a lie. I hate greedy companies. Do yourself a favor, stop feeding shady businesses. Don't shop here

So... I needed a new fender liner for my 2018 Rav4. It was "guaranteed" to fit... and it mostly does, but not all the holes line up correctly... and in a few areas there was no hole where one was needed. It'll do, but overall the match could have been better. Basically, you get what you pay for... and if you want it to match perfectly, you're probably better off spending the extra to get an authentic Toyota part.
Shipping and prices are great.
Ordered set of 8 ford f150 5.4 coil pk. Shipping was on time. When I installed them in less than 1000 miles three of the 8 have failed. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for is right. Don't know till you try.

I ordered a part online it arrived 2 days after promised, it was the wrong part. I contacted them and the only solution they had was request a return. I called and spoke to customer service and told her I was not looking for a refund I just wanted the part I ordered. She told me to send back the part and after inspection I would receive a refund 7 days later. 10 days after confirming they received the part I contacted them and got some excuse about paypal payments take longer I opened a dispute with paypal and the issue was quickly resolved.
