So I ordered a part here because they were the cheapest but I paid for the fastest shipping option because I needed the part right away. They said guaranteed by Monday on the site and in the order confirmation I later received. I got a shipping notice pretty quickly as well (might have been the same day). But when I tracked the order it said it would be arriving Wednesday. I contacted them and asked for refund of the expedited shipping since this was only 1 day different than the standard shipping was stated to be. They said "Please remember we don't process orders during the weekend or holidays." How do I remember something that is counter to what all the information you stated on your site and the emails you sent me? First and last time I ever order from them.
Worst experience ever. Ordered parts that are supposed to be a all in one kit well one part came 2 days later another part comes in now say going to be another 3 days for the last part. This is absolutely unacceptable. The money was taken out at the same time so why weren't my parts shipped at the same time. This company is actually garbage have had customers order parts and get them and completely different on 3 different occasions. Will definitely be referring to other sites such as rock rockauto.com they get it right the first time. Horrible all the way around customer service is below one star.
I ordered a mirror assembly for my jeep from them on 4/8 which the website saying it would be here to me at 4/10. However I checked this morning and it said it would be to me wednesday 4/15. However after checking again since I got an email from FedEx it now states I will get it 4/17. Now I'm not one to complain since the buying process was fantastic quick and easy but the shipping is ridiculous. I would under 3-5 business days which is what it was seemingly to be, but now well over a week for a part to be purchased and received by me. I might as well have ordered it from amazon where I could've gotten it from the actually mirror manufacturer, or Walmart. I have bought one thing from carparts.com and I will never do it again.
I haven't received my product yet but I like that it is a guaranteed fit. I also like the fact that they will search your area and get quotes for you to get your product installed. Searching and using the website was very easy.

No one responds to any e-mails even when Carparts requests e-mails, photos & a description of the problem: a missing piece from a part that I ordered. I spoke to them on the phone & the man was rude & suggested that the part I ordered was incorrect. I have pictures of my order showing otherwise. This company is the worst at customer service. They are crooks. Beware.

Two stars is generous, only because they are polite. I had to pay twice for an installation due to the first parts being defective. Sure, they sent the second parts, but also indicated that a refund was coming if I returned the parts to them. I returned the parts and then they refused the refund. I'm out a second install fee due to their inferior parts. Not a happy camper.

It was 2 days before I received the tracking numbers, which they cover their selves on that but I was given a date of delivery, just checked it yesterday. Today was suppose to be delivery day. I checked tracking through FedEx and now it's another 2 days. So... if you need your part rather quickly don't bother trying to save money. Go to a parts store. Idk if I'll buy from them again, this was to repair my work vehicle and now 2 more days with no work. I saved nothing, only lost.
Ive been waiting for 2 days for a confirmation and ive not heard anything so i call to find out what was going on and get told they arent sending my parts out till monday and wont fet them till the following friday. This is $#*!ing bull$#*! and ill never buy parts through these people again
Recently I placed an order with Carparts.com for a passenger rear taillight for a 1999 Ford F-150. I had every confidence that they would prevail once again. Why you ask? I have used their service several times before with ZERO problems. The part arrived via Fedex in two days. They did state it would be three days. I elected not to pay extra for two day service. So I went standard three day delivery. The part itself was a perfect fit with no blemishes or broken pieces. I really can't say anything about their customer service department because all of my orders arrived in perfect condition and arrived at my home either before or on the day they stated it would come. Also, the part was packaged securely. I will continue to use their service. I will and have recommended this company to the highest accolades. They once again receive an A+. Keep up the outstanding service you continually provide Carparts.com.
I don't know how this place stays in business. I ordered 2 items from them and 2 days later I get an email saying one of the items were out of stock. Shouldn't that had been shown on the website before the order? Then the one item left for delivery keeps getting pushed back now I'm having to wait over 2 weeks from the original delivery date if I'm lucky enough to get it then. They claim to have fast 2 days shipping yeah that's a lie. This place is a joke and I will not be ordering anything from them again.
Your rep was very helpful, even tho he had to repeat several times, due to my hearing. He help find the parts. When I asked total. You had lowest price I've found, in all my searching, several.$100's lower. Made me quite happy. The friegth cost was more reasonable, than the other places

Ordered front floor mats (carpet) for a 2011 terrine. Site said IN STOCK. Called a week later for an up date. Told they will ship a month from now. They have to be custom made. The car will be gone by then. I thought in stock meant it was on the shelf, ready to ship.
I ordered parts end of July! Part was delivered on July 26 at 2:43am. That never happened! I called the spoke to the rep. Rep was nice and stated they would send a replace that same day. It's 5 days later with no follow-up or new order number assigned. Original order number does not exist! And the no email was sent to confirm the new order #. Call times suck and follow-up should be key! Seems like a lot of people are having problems with this company and getting parts on a scheduled or promised time!
My vehicle is still down awaiting parts! I have multiple cars but most people do not! The service is not good! Do not promise, then under deliver! It's always better to over deliver on expectations!

I purchased multiple parts for a car going with the assumption that if any of them didn't fit / came in damaged, I can just use their 90 day return policy so there is no risk; however, I submitted my return 45 days before the deadline, and after 2 weeks of nothing, I started emailing them asking why my stuff wasn't processed? I had to re-send them the same info I did on their website, reason for my return, my car's vin #, and the part number not on the box, but on the part itself. Even with all of that they still didn't process my return with over 2 weeks left then had the audacity to say "we can't do anything since it's over our 90 day return period". In short, I submitted my return 1.5 months before the deadline, they failed to process it so they're not letting me return it because it's past the deadline. Don't buy from them it's literally a scam

Seriously, you will be making a mistake if you click submit on this website. I ordered three parts, I was charged the full amount yesterday. Today, I was charged 3 separate times for the items individually. I called the 800 number and they said yesterday's charge was a pre-authorization (that you don't get an option in agreeing to) and today they charged me 'for real'. They explained my only option was to wait 5-7 business days to get my 'pre-authorization' back. I called my bank who said they are all listed as pending charges, so we do have to just wait and see if I'll get my money back or if I'll have to open a claim and my bank pays me. The main issue in this, I use a specific card for online shopping and I put exactly the correct amount for this order and for a different part order on said card. That second order? Not going to go through, setting job completion behind schedule. Thank you CarParts.com for $#*!ing me.

Had a difficult time ordering online, system would not take payment, had to call in to order part. All that said, the part was correct and seems to work great. Service people were very nice and helpful.
I ordered a part and received confirmation via email. Two days later my part is put on hold. I was guaranteed a delivery date and they will not make it right! The part will now be two days late and I have to explain to the customer why they will be with out their vehicle!
They drug me around in circles on the phone for over an hour. Refused to explain why it was on hold, told me two day shipping wasnt available when it was clearly listed for 24.06. Very rude and unwilling to make things right. Insisted this was my fault some how and refused to let me speak to someone above them. I have never dealt with this level of disrespect and blatant unwillingness!
