Tried to get warranty product replaced for a set of Power Stop Brakes that completely failed dangerously! Was sent to manufacturer to get warranty issue resolved. No luck there after a back and forth for 5 days. The brakes are less than 6 months old. Neither Power Stop nor Carparts.com stand behind their products they sell. Very disappointed with service all around. Expect me to return the damaged parts before replacing them. Everyone can be without their truck for 2 weeks while they decide if its a warranty issue!. That is after I provided documentation that 2 Ram dealers said the parts were deflective. Going back top Summit Racing to purchase the replacements parts that I need to drive the truck. They at least stand behind their products.
I added a part to my cart, didn't add any checkout details and then left the site to search elsewhere... the next day at 2am I got an email saying that I'd placed the order! Not only is that not true, there are plenty of other reviews claiming the same thing. Absolute fraud and scummy business practices. Will never visit their site again.
Order the part on 09/22 they dont give you the time of arrival until AFTER you $#*!ing pay. So thinking I'm saving myself money order it and bam it'll arrive the 1st. The 1st comes and that's when the part arrives... to FedEx to deliver the part. On the 4th. So I take the day off to replace this $#*! just to find out it was a waste of time! Trust me not worth saving 40 bucks I'd rather go to auto zone and pay for convenience.
I decided to give this company a chance due to the delivery time promise on their website but package arrived 6 days later. Customer service was very professional but the company really needs to improve and pay for a better delivery service.

Their Next Business Day shipping option is really 1-2 day processing time + 1-3 days (we're sorry there's a delay with your shipment) FedEx "Overnight" shipping option.
If you need parts by a certain date, I wouldn't order from carparts.com
carparts.com also charges return fees and doesn't offer free return shipping even if the reason for return is "it didn't arrive in time".

I was shocked at the superior level of quality of the assembly I received. It is BETTER than brand new, it's superior to the original equipment installed on the vehicle. The construction and materials used to manufacture it are superb. I will certainly be ordering a right side replacement in the very near future. Any replacement parts I need for my vehicle will be ordered through CarParts.com.
I ordered a car part online and submitted my info including credit card data. I received an email later stating the part was "out of stock". The shame is that their website didn't notify me of this before I took the time and effort to submit the order. It's also a shame that this company actually charged my credit card before they verified stock and shipped the part - that is a very bad and unscrupulous business practice. I'll never search for, or order a part from CarParts.com again. It's been a week now and they still haven't credited my credit card account.

Great service, will definitely shop again, prices are excellent, I got quick response to all my questions. The one thing I would have liked to see at the end was different options for shipping (one day delivery, three day delivery etc...)
I paid for 2 day shipping with company and 7 days later I am yet to see my part. Never ever ever ever will I use this company for parts again. They have cost me lots of money with their lack of care in getting my part to me on time. The part online looked like a quality part, mixed with Cheap price I figured I would take a chance. What a mistake!

Shipment was picked up on the 5th, but was still at the same FedEx location in WI on the delivery date of the 8th. I called FedEx and they said the shipper had to file a claim to get the package delivered within 24 hours. I spent 30 min trying to explain this to the customer service agent who could not understand what I was saying and seemed to just keep reading the same lines from a prepared script. I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor and was told several times they would be on the line shortly, but that never happened. I have no idea when I'll actually get my part. I don't have another vehicle and my Uber bills are piling up. I should have shopped from a more reliable company.

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this website. I have ordered several parts for different vehicles from window motors to wheel hubs, the customer service is so on point. I ordered one instant the wrong part n they sent me a RMA to return it and within days the right part was delivered... refund times are reasonable too. Greatest Car Part online.
Part came when they said it would which was nice, I had the car jacked up and old brakes removed. Problem was that I was sent the wrong sized rotors, pads and hardware. Verified my car info was correct. So I had to buy more parts so I could finish. Parts returned and a refund was issued.

I ordered two fenders for my truck. Carparts.com cancelled one fender and sent me a damaged fender. I have sent three emails to them wanting a refund. I did receive one email back asking if I wanted them to send me another fender or a refund. I responded refund. That was 3 months ago. I haven't heard anything back from them. Definitely will not be buying from Carparts.com again.
As a Canadian staying in the states for 2 weeks I thought I'd take advantage of some deals on car parts I don't get at home. I ordered a headlight assembly and a grill. Pricing was fantastic and delivery was fast. Unfortunately the grill suffered damage in transport. I didn't have time return the product and decided I'd make due. I was asked for a review of my experience and shared my disappointment. Life goes on. I was surprised by a follow up call and an email offering an apology and a discount on the damaged product. Nice to deal with such a professional organization interested in customer satisfaction.
