I'm in the process of doing a frame off restoration on an OBS Chevy pickup.
I ordered OEM premium parts from Car Parts.com in advance December 3rd. So I would have them on hand, when needed. I just started reassembling the vehicle, and realized that only one ball joint of four came with the bolts and hardware necessary for installation. I contacted Car Parts and was told that it's been over 30 days nothing we can do! I should have opened all of the boxes on arrival, but that shouldn't be necessary.
They were professional and personable and after figuring out that google search, dropping into their site with wrong results, caused the wrong part to be ordered... refunded my money come lately and quickly, will use them again. In fact just did today, thanx car parts folks!

I purchased a large drivers side tow mirror for my 2015 Ford F350. It installed fairly easily and looks great. I had a minor issue with the power tilting; CarParts.com responded immediately offering options to make sure I was happy. I honestly have not experienced this level of service from any company in a very long time and am extremely impressed. I will definitely shop CarParts.com again!

I ordered a fuelpump for my 1990 Acura Integra, for about $30. Installation went fine. Not even 1 month in, no way can it already be shot so I replaced my fuel filter... nope fuel pump was crap it doesn't work. Now I'm stranded and it's only about 25 degrees out. Never using this site again thanks for nothing.
Using this site for the first time using this carparts.com site it all went very well, nice to know I didn't have to mess with passwords user names etc.it was like buying something from a brick and mortar auto parts store!

Ordered some headlights from them because it would be here quicker than amazon, (supposedly). What happened is its now 2 days late. I live on 3 hours away from there hub where my order has been shipped to and its been late 2 days now. I am extremely unhappy with this service. Not only for the run around of calling customer service to get answers.
AND the 3rd party shipping company gave me the run around as well (GLS). But the fact that while i was placed on hold. My father called as well after i was on hold for 30+ mins, his call was answered before mine was. Totally unprofessional. If you are looking a quick delivery date, just go to amazon or somebody else.
Nice proper fitting mirror truck spoke online with representatives company confirmed would fit my truck. Order placed may 22. They wait day confirm charge my bank, order confirm may 23 given tracking number order came June 2 while tracking came to state I live then went another state which made come little later. Was original fed ex sent came via post office box slightly damaged however product inside not. And installed works great and was way cheaper other places in person and online. Sad how parcel carrier dropped ball per say and made delivery take longer not sure how box damanged as well. But inside product was not.
Very poor, ordered a part on a Friday morning and still waiting on Fed Express ( 4 days later) pick up confirmation. This means car parts doesnt process quickly. In a world of automotive repairs, we need part fast, it may be cheaper but if you have to wait I weeks for your parts... whats the sense!... and dont even try to get a refund!
This site had a good price, but my #1 factor in selecting them was that they could ship same day, so I paid the 34.00 overnight fee and the 8.00 "handling" fee and placed the order well below the "cut-off" time, I received no shipping confirmation so I followed up the following day and was told I'd get my order by 8PM 2 days later, 8PM? Really? For 42.00? The customer service rep was very nice (*but obviously off shore). She "understood" my frustration, so she gave me a 3.00 credit (Awesome! Lol) Save your money, punish BS websites like this that take your business away from other sites that do not make false promises!
Ok it's the end and the results are in.my package finally arrived earlier then they said this time but a month late to me.one thing is that my package was in my city on the truck for delivery at 800 am and I got it about 440pm today.the mail person told me that those kind of packages should only take three days. What a journey this was.
The attendants answering the phone think that clients are next to them speaking and talk very low.Cannot hear them correctly.
Also they promised same day shipping which has not happened, and if i do get my parts by Friday as promised will be vwry disappointed.

This is a follow up rating to my previous posts order #*******, (fuel pump). If your thinking about ordering from Carparts, stop thinking and know you're at the right site. So when I placed my initial purchase I was told it would be delivered on Monday, that turned out to be incorrect. It took till Wednesday for my delivery. Because of this delivery deboggle, Carparts refunded my shipping! I will always do business with a company that has great customer service. Thanks again Carparts.com!

I ordered a blower motor and resistor for a 2012 Nissan rogue got charged within seconds and then two days later another mysterious charge for $17.95. Was told that the parts are being shipped from 2 different places but it's a kit. Now I am worried that it's even a working part because so many people have been scammed by this site.
First issue: They charged me $600 for a $300 purchase which caused my account to go negative and then told me it was a standard banking practice. Where? Second issue: The parts that I need said delivery by Thursday 08/12/21 approx. 1wk after the order date. Now it's telling me the following week. I'll never purchase from them again and I don't recommend anyone else do it either. Save yourself the headache.

I want to give a big shout out to Manny for my recent purchase over the phone! He took the time to walk me through the different options available to me. He never once seemed annoyed with probably pointless questions but instead made small talk and found ways to make a personal connections. In a day where customer service is so pivotal he far succeeded any expections. Bought a new alternator for my daughter's 2019 Chevy altima. They sent me the wrong one so now it's gonna be another 2 to 3 weeks before I can get a right 1 or my money back I even. Put in her Vin number what is the point? I'm putting that in if they're gonna still send me the wrong part. I will never order from your website again. All you people have done is lie to me. My part ordered last Thursday morning was supposed to ship last Thursday, never went was supposedly shipped on Friday and was missed by FedEx or is your excuse. Was to ship overnight and it is now shipping 2 days won't get until Wednesday does me no good as we are supposed to head downstate for my grandson's birthday and now because of your incompetence we can't go. This is total bull$#*! and never should of happened. Hell if you would of mailed the part thru USPS I would most likely of had the damn part. Please employ people that one might understand. Asked to speak with a supervisor and I got cutoff and called again was told supervisor would call me back but it still has not happened.

I ordered a catalytic converter and it came with no packaging at all. None. Just a box with a catalytic converter/exhaust manifold in it. Damaged gaskets and it chipped corner of the exhaust manifold mounting flange. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I have a lot of cars and buy a lot of parts but it won't be from them again.
