Ordered door pins for a vehicle. Estimated weight 2 pounds. Good price. I was charged $30.00 for shipping. So I called to cancel the order. It was explained to me that one set had already shipped and the other set was shipping from another warehouse. I asked if the $30.00 I was charged was covering both shipments, (one set from two different warehouses) and was informed, "no" the $30.00 shipping charge was for the one set that had already shipped. Of course I had to ask what I would be charged for the second... the reply was another $20.00. So I am to be charged $50.00 to ship less than 2 pounds of merchandise. I work in the industry. I can easily ship a 2 pound package to their location for under $10.00. Parts are cheaper but seems they make that up in the shipping.

It's been 3 weeks since I made a return and I've still yet to receive my money back oh wait a minute they also charge you almost $30 for The prepaid labeled to send it back to them at least After you spent almost a 100 out of my $100 I'm getting exactly $52 company is the worst. They take your order in your money in under 10 minutes though now that they get 5 stars
I recently had an issue with the shipping container of a car part I had ordered and I gave feedback regarding my concerns. My concerns were addressed immediately and with specific detail, and I was given a credit for my trouble. Their service and delivery are quick. Their prices are fair and there customer service is over the top.

After researching carparts.com online, I followed up with a phone call to the company to make sure I was ordering the right parts for my vehicle. I reached Chris, and am very glad I did. He was awesome to deal with. He asked specifics about my truck to make very sure I had the right part. He also let me know it would be a direct fit with no alterations necessary. I have shopped other online parts vendors, but have usually felt rushed and "just another call." Chris made me feel like I mattered as a customer. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely call carparts.com in the future when I need parts, and will definitely ask for Chris. His kind of customer service is rare these days.
This company hits your card for 2x amount of purchase…then can not tell you why. Hangs up on you after waiting a long time on hold.never again! Consumer be aware!

Absolutely not happy with my experience with this company. For starters, they did not capture my entire shipping address, thereby delaying the delivery of my part. Then when I attempted to return the part, they informed me that I would have to pay to ship the part back to them! Very bad customer service, very bad! As I'm not happy with the service received I'll be pursuing other avenues to get a refund.

Spent several hours looking through online catalogues for a part for my car. Chose carparts.com and called to place my order because it was my first time doing business with the company. The website showed the part in stock and I made my order and received receipt by email. Today, two days later, I received notice the part is out of stock and to call for an alternative. The alternative was almost 50% more than what I originally ordered. Why am I not surprised? The website still shows my part in stock, but the CSR said IT just hasn't had a chance to fix it. They apologized for the inconvenience, and just wanted to sell me the more expensive part. No thank you. My business is going elsewhere.
My part I ordered is more than a week late and sitting in a city two hours away for 7 days in the middle if it's shipment. When I inquired to customer service they only start a return. Computer generated response, terrible customer service, $#*!ty shipping service- need I say more?

I ordered a front license plate bracket for my 2014 Corolla. The shipping was delayed and then the part didn't quite fit and I needed to take a hack saw to it to modify it. I complained about this and received a call from a customer service representative who offered to give me a full refund and let me keep the part I had already modified and installed. Can't ask for more than that. I appreciate their making this right.

This company made charges to my credit card and then sent me 25 emails stating the part was out of stock. I called them to get my card credited and after 3 hours on the phone they stated they will have to send a check for the refund
The technician who I ordered from was very helpful and thorough. He seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions very well, even got me a lower introductory price. Based on this very professional interaction, I'm hopeful that the shipment is smooth and I receive a quality product as well.
I purchased (2) Rear Exhaust Sensors from CarParts and they shipped the wrong parts. Now they are refusing to accept a return of these incorrect parts so I'm having to file a dispute with my bank for the charges. My advice, do not do business with this company!
I wrote a not so positive review on the item I purchased for my 2014 Tacoma. It was for the trim around the drivers side fog light. It did not fit perfectly and I needed to wrap some electric tape around one of the extrusions to make it hold.
CarParts saw my review and sent me a replacement without me even asking! They did not even ask for pictures or for me to return the original item. Now that's what I call Customer Service. Thank you CarParts!

I purchased an oil pressure sensor for my challenger. My oil light would not shut off. I replaced it with OEM part. Problem resolved but I had to do this job twice. Purchased and installed radiator fan Twice for my Lincoln. Both went out after a little over a year, after the warranty was out. I was told it did not qualify for lifetime replacement. I have therefore had to do this job 3 times! Buy your parts somewhere else.
