Ordered a fuel pump that arrived damaged. Wanted to return it, got the email for the return and look for second email with label. The second email never was sent. I had to go to the website and search in my order to find the actual shipping label. Then after it was sent back I got excuses and more lies about getting my money back. 7 days came and went and still no funds. Currently talking to my bank to force them to refund me. This is not acceptable, any major retailer should not have to get the smack down from the bank and credit card providers to give a simple refund, thats for scams but this site is a scam. Money only goes to them, they will not give any refunds.
We had ordered replacement headlights for my 2003 Toyota 4-runner. New driver side headlight leaked. Contacted CarParts about this. Everyone was very kind and helpful. My new headlight is on its way to me. Thanks to everyone for not making this a major headache. Thumbs up!

Ordered two parts from carparts.com. Delivery was supposed to be in 2 days. It is now day 6 and they say FedEx is experiencing delays. I checked - Fedex has not received the part from carparts.com. If they lie about shipping what else are they lying about.

I ordered side rear view mirrors for my 2009 Yukon. The where shipped from different warehouses and they are different brand so they do not match. Been trying to get a hold to them and have not had any luck. Would never order anything from them.
Check your parts! They sent wrong item, although outside of box indicated correct part number.
Unfortunately I waited over 30 days to install and then noticed wrong part sent.
My fault I guess for not looking when arrived. So look as soon as your part comes in to make sure it's correct.
Horrible experience, i ordered 3 parts, most of them didn't work, when i asked for the refund, they said they were approved, however, the refund never arrived. I have called 10 times but nobody have a consistent answer. After 5 weeks, I am still waiting for the refunds. Do not buy from them, you will regret having purchased from them.

Ordered an item for around 9 dollars with a shipping cost of 4 dollars. The item was delayed and still haven't received it. They sent the wrong parts that did not fit. Returned parts with their return ticket they emailed me. A month after they received the parts back still no Refund. Constant emailing why and Now finally they say I was the one who sent parts back to wrong address. HOW? They provided me with the return label. Be aware. When their website says guarantee fit. Its bull$#*!. Plus you wont ever get a refund and they get there parts back. Will be blasting this bull$#*! company and telling all my mechanic friends not to buy from here

I spend thousands a year here and today I ordered a bunch of rust repair panels for my business and I'm missing parts and the only thing the online chat Michelle can tell me is have a drove down the road and check with local areas or neighbors for my package when they forgot to ship it inside the box every time a order a set of wheel arches they are always shipped in same box and only one was inside box but now only thing she can seem to say is ask neighbors or drive around absolutely horrible customer service will take business elsewhere

I ordered a part for my 1993 Ford F-150. It was delivered in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit my truck. After contacting the company to start a return, I received an email from Rosalie in Customer Service. I don't have a home computer or printer which is needed to print a return label. I explained that to Rosalie and she issued me a full credit and told me that I could discard the part. The credit should show on my next charge card statement. Fyi if you buy from these people be prepared to get charged double on whatever card you are putting this on. When I purchased them items, my card was charged in full. Then because because it was getting shipped from different locations each location charges what they are shipping you. But don't worry, after chatting to the Indian fellow I was put at ease after he informed me that the original charge will be reimbursed sometime… I'll review again after the parts arrive and see how long they hold the original charge for my purchase. So far I wish rockauto had my parts. They only charge once.
