This place is the most incompetent place to do business as there is: American Greed" Why would they send 1600. 00 worth of brand new American racing AR 910 but not send the most crucial parts tire pressure monitors that were ordered and paid for at time of wheel purchase. Wheels could ot be installed until I purchase another set of monitors from installer for 200.00 Wasn't my fault you rip off artist
Ordered Spec D tail lights for a 1997 Ford Ranger. One side seemed to fit ok, the other didn't fit in the hole at all. There were 4 fitment issues:
1) passenger side does not fit correctly in the hole.
2) the light housing comes up 1/4-1/2" short where it should meet the tail gate
3) there are ears on the in the tail light hole that we're not considered in the design if this light, which I believe is causing 2&4.
4) stems are too short to use factory screws to fasten light to body from the tail gate
After contacting CARid, they have asked me three times, in a week, for pics to "prove" that there is an issue. They have a 30 day return policy and at this point they are trying to stall to have that time expire. All of the language in the emails uses Warranty and coverage, which smacks of "Buyer Beware, we don't stand behind our product". And if you send it back we won't give you your money.

I ordered a very much needed trailer hitch for last minute trip. I ordered the part on Wed paid the extra 50 for overnight shipping received the package Friday morning. This company saved the day for our trip and because their prices are so much cheaper then the competition i was able to afford the 50 for overnight with that added into the price the hitch was still extremely cheaper then competition thanks carid

Compared to other online car part retailers or in-stores at places even like advance auto parts or pep boys, I've ALWAYS found that CARiD beat the competitors in pricing. Just to top it off, the very large display of all the possible parts whether it be for looks of your car, maintenance, or replacement engine parts; CARiD has it all and everything you by is very nicely detailed and descriptive, along with most items having a warranty and possibility to return if it's faulty - I've never even ran into that issue! Every item I've ordered has met the description and been in very nice condition and quality. Another thing people are wary about is online shipping because they want their item right away; however, each time I've ordered from the website the estimated shipping has always been just a few days away from the time of purchase - and to make things better I've ALWAYS received my item the day before or even earlier than that of the estimated shipping date! In conclusion of this long review, I would recommend CARiD.com to anyone looking to work or have work done on their car for a very cheap price and quality parts. It can't get any better than this.

I had ordered some headlights for my car. Then i figured out that those werent the ones i needed so i immediately called to cancel the order. That was friday 5-8-15. They told me it would be in my account in 2 days. I Checked my account on monday and no money was in my account. So i called customer service and they said that it wasnt confirmed so they would resend it and it would be in my account the next day. So i checked my account yesterday and it wasnt in there. Then i called my bank to see if they had even gotten anything from them and they said no. So i called back and they said just give it time. So i checked my account multiple times throughout the day. Nothing. So i called back today on 5-13-15 and talked to the rep who said my money has already been returned into my account. So i told him that it wasnt and he kept saying it was. So at this point im furious and asked to talk to a manager. The manager said that they have it on paper that they returned my money and theres nothing they will do. I am so pissed off and hope noone shops here again.
I ordered a set of rims/tires from them on 4/4/15 and they called me a few days after I purchased the rims/tires saying that the shipment will be a little later than usual. He said it'll take two weeks most likely. They then sent me a email saying the estimated shipping date is 4/27/15 which I was cool with. A week went by that date and I still haven't received $#*! from them. Call them and told them about the situation and I then asked for a refund and the guy just hung up on me after saying "ok" I was pissed by that $#*!. They then said that they sent me a email saying the new estimated shipment is 7/13/15 like who tf is going to wait 3 months for a order!? Makes no damn sense. Plus they NEVER even sent that email! WORST COMPANY! I still haven't gotten my refund and it's been two weeks after that call. I decided to open a paypal dispute and i'm still in the process of a refund by these $#*! $#*! $#*!s.

Was told they were waiting on manufacturer; 24-48 biz hours. However, while waiting this time I got the full refund (that was a pleasant surprise: no restocking fees, etc.)
I inquired again about a shipping label so I could return this item. Was finally told "destroy it and send us pictures of the destroyed product." I emailed for clarification. Clarification received: "destroy it."

The first part I ordered (headlights) was on back order and wasn't going to ship out until 2 months after I placed my order so I cancelled that one and picked out a different set that were cheaper and was refunded my money a week later. Placed that second order on 5/4/15 and was TOLD they were to ship out 5/6/15. I called today (5/9/15) to see if they had been shipped and was told my second set of headlights are also on back order and won't ship out until 7/8/15. Wish I would have been told that in the first place I would have just asked for a full refund and ordered them somewhere else. I will never again buy anything from CariD!
