Was given the run around about my item. Was told I could do nothing about the delays But there is good news. Don't believe their hype and threats about you can't cancel a custom order because you can. I INSTRUCTED THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER WHEN THEY TOLD ME THERE WERE DELAYS AND THE ORDER HAD NOT BEEN ASSEMBYLED. (THE KEY IS THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED BY CREDIT CARD) THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY LITIGATE THESES CASES ALL THE TIME AND THEY HAVE A BINDING CONTRACT BECAUSE YOU CONFIRMED THE CONTRACT ON THE PHONE AND VIA EMAIL. BUT A CONTRACT ALSO HAS TO MEET ITS INTENT AND MY CONTRACT WITH THEM WAS TIME SENSITIVE!, IN OTHER WORDS I NEEDED BY THE ORIGINAL DATE WE AGREED TOO. DESPITE THEIR THREATS TO CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING AND A RETURN SHIPMENT IF I DECIDED TO RETURN THEIR ITEM. I TOLD THEM I SERIOUSLY DOUBTED THAT MASTER CARD WOULD ALLOW THEM TO KEEP THEIR MONEY WITH NO PRODUCT SHIPPED OR RECEIVED. ON THE SAME DAY I FILED A DISPUTE MY ORDER MIRACULOUSLY SHIPPED. I REFUSED THE SHIPMENT AND 15 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND.:)

I purchased a set of running boards from Carid after speaking to their specialist and asking specifically if they were made for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, I was assured they were. I ordered them and had them professionally installed only to find out that a set of 2X4's would look as good on my vehicle. I took them off and called customer service and was told by Gustovo that he would get back to me for the return. He did not so I called again and spoke to Anthony who told me he would contact Go Rhino and get back to me in 24 Hours. Well it has now been exactly one week since my first call and I have not been contacted yet. I am presently waiting on hold ( for the last ten minutes) to see what the next step will be. In short this has soured my taste for their company and I will NEVER order from them again.

The issue with this website is that they have the manufacturer send you it, so if you order more than one part chances are you're going to get double $#*!ed. I've never written an online review before. Signed up just for this review. Ordered a set of 4 wheels, lug nuts, and mounting kit. Wheels are delivered a week later, to Texas... I live in Tennessee. Wheels reshipped, I assume someone in Texas got some free wheels. Wheels are finally received by me, still waiting on the lug nuts and mounting kit. I order thousands of dollars worth of merchandise every year from the web, this has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with one exception. Do not use these guys, you've been warned.

I order 2 parts. Headlight set, and brakes. Brakes failed to deliver properly the first time, and were only recieved a month later. The headlight arrived on time, but were defective. Almost 50 days later I am still trying to get an idea as to when I can expect to receive my parts.
I was very disappointed with the company managing shipping an order to Canada. They shipped the order in two packages forcing me to pay double the custom handling fees in Canada. I paid 90 dollars instead of 45. When contacting customer support they offered to pay back 10 dollars only. I will never order from this company again.

Products are awesome but once you buy the products the service is terrible, I called to confirm my order and they never sent it and I waited longer then a month and a half to get my rims even tho I was told It would be 10 to 14 business days, they didn't even have the rims made or anything and then they wouldn't let me cancel the order, told me they tried calling to make sure the rims where right which is just an excuse because they emailed all the other times yet for 3 weeks they tried calling me they couldn't email me, and made be wait 5 weeks for 5000 dollar rims and I had nothing to show for it.

I bought a Grille for my 2006 Cadillac Escalade. It didn't end up fitting correctly once it was installed. It was about 1 1/2" too short but since i installed it i couldn't return it. Obviously i wouldn't have know it didn't fit without installing it. I did in fact order the correct one and was sent the correct one i ordered. Merchandise was just faulty. They did give me back $80 of my $300 and apologized, Pretty weak in my opinion

I order a bumper from them on 5/7/15. I was told it would ship on 5/14/15. By 5/20/15 I still had not heard anything from them. I called a 9 a.m. to be told the manufacturer was closed and they would call be back in a hour. By noon I hadn't heard anything so I called back to be told the servers were down and was assured I'd be called back as soon as they were back up. I called back at 4 p.m. when they hadn't called me to be told it was back ordered and would be at least a month. I was not informed of this until I contacted them. I cancelled my order and am now fighting with them to get my money refunded.
I bought some Spyder® - Chrome Halo Projector Headlights with LEDs for my 2012 Ford Focus SE with Sports Package on 3/20/15. First I ordered the wrong part and they quickly offered me a refund and charge me the difference and ship the correct parts out and received them quickly and undamaged. I tried to adjust the headlights and the adjusting bolts wouldn't move the lens to make the headlights point in the right place. I took them to the place I bought the car from and they too couldn't adjust the lights. I finally took them to a collision center to have them adjusted and still couldn't get them to adjust. I read some reviews about Spyder headlights took a lot of turns too make the lens move, so I tried and nothing. I finally read more reviews to find these headlights commonly come stripped and taking apart the headlight was the only fix, which of course avoid any warranty on the lights. I called to have the lights returned and a refund on the lights or even an exchange and I have a life and being on hold for three hours is ridiculous and hard for me to fit into my busy schedule. I tried the online return process and it didn't have my reason for return and wasn't very helpful. I tried the online chat and they couldn't processes the return and said I needed to call. I recently loss my job and now have plenty of time to call and I finally got a hold of someone very quickly this time. I asked if I could return the product and they said no the thirty days has expired and the company has a very strict return policy. I asked if I could exchange them for something else and was also denied. I finally asked if I could use the one year warranty and again was denied. I'm glad I use paypal for everything I purchased as they were able to get me a return process and my money back. I will never do business with them again as the return policy is ridiculous and won't even exchange the part for a working set.
Pretty much took about 810 dollars from me. They refuse to answer my call (kept getting voicemail even during working hours) and when they finally do answer i tell them its to cancel an order they say ask for my order number and then put me on hold only to hang up on me.
