I needed some custom fit floor and cargo mats for my Lincoln MKX and took some time to shop around. I found CarId to have the perfect product at a great price. Laser measured mats that fit perfectly. The price was way less than any others I found and they shipped quickly.
We are into our second week in sunny Florida with wet, sandy grandkids these mats are perfect. No sand in our carpets - they contain every grain of sand and all dirt. They rinse right off and after a few minutes in the sun they are ready to go back to work

Recently ordered a Better Built Truck tool box from CARid.
I spoke to a rep prior to the order to ensure that if I needed to return it there would be no problems, My experience has been the large items are easily damage.
The box arrived via UPS. The outer card board packaging was basically disintegrating around the aluminum box. OK don't know what shape it was in before it left CARid so it could have been bad handling from UPS.
One bottom corner was pushed in a bit. I would have sent it back due to this but it was on the side that fits against the cab so it is not visible to a casual observer.
Also the box was slightly out of square (or the bed on my 2015 tundra is not square you can decide). This of course is the fault of Better Built (I have had some experience with aluminum welding and it is very difficult keep aluminum square during welding)
Also the locking mechanism on the passenger side needs some adjustment. The one on the drivers side works just fine. I wonder if CARid is selling better built rejects? I installed it on my truck and it looks great. You have to look very closely to see the problems. If possible I suggest that you buy your truck tool box from a local source so you can inspect it prior to purchase (I would have done that but my truck required a odd sized box)

Looked at several sites looking for a replacement passenger side mirror for a Chevy Silverado 3500. Price at CARiD was 40-70 dollars cheaper, they communicated with me to ensure we had the correct product, and it arrived 2-4 days earlier than expected. Dealership wanted almost $550.00 dollars more. Very satisfied with my order and will be buying more in the future.
I made a purchase last week on 6-04-2015 for an air filter. Customer service representative told me yesterday that it has been processed and shipped out of the warehouse. They also indicated to me that i will get an email with my tracking information within 24 hours. 24 hours has gone by and I did not received any emails about my product. I went to the website to check on my order and it stated that the estimated time of this delivery was August 31. Customer service sucks and are nothing but liars. When I purchase this order it stated that it was in stock. After speaking to the customer service representative about my purchase she tells me its in back order. DO NOT purchase from this company... I've used H&R springs before in the 90's and the quality is still strong. This fitment was for a 07 Saturn Outlook XR AWD. The install on the front was pretty straight forward the rear is a scouch tricky. The short cut is to drop the A arms and the springs coming out or going in will not need a compressor. There is no room for but one anyway. The rear bump stops will need to be cut.
The ride is noticeably more compliant in the first part of the suspension travel and firm up nicely as they load up. It's a heavy SUV so it is what it is, however the handling improvement is worth the afternoon in the garage and $300 to me.
I have used CARid multiple times and have yet to be let down by there service. Using their site is easier and quicker then going down to a part store and dealing with somebody who has no clue about anything to do with cars.
I am on hold on my third call today as I type this review. Placed order on 2 May, expected delivery 8 May. On 8 May expected delivery 16 May. On 16 May expected delivery 22 May. On 22 May expected delivery 28 May. On 28 May expected delivery 4 Jun. My first call today resulted in the Tele dude giving me a UPS tracking number assuring me it had shipped out... blahblahblah. I looked up the tracking number, which just so happened to have been created electronically 4 minutes before I logged in to check the shipping status.
OK, just spoke to someone. Apparently it "always" works this way with UPS. "I should see tracking movement tomorrow". Oddly enough, I had made no mention of canceling my order, YET, before the young lady over the phone, very sternly, advised me that I could not cancel my order because a UPS tracking number had already been provided to me. I ordered a kayak rack from this joke of a company. My order has been delayed for over three weeks. I was told I would get free overnight shipping because of all the problems only for them to email me the next day and say it would be $55 for overnight shipping. I have tried to contact them and was put on hold and then hung up on. I have emailed a lady named Christina Pris in customer service and she will not give me an extension number to speak to a supervisor. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone. I pray for the poor souls that get tricked into using this horrible company.

DESPITE THEIR THREATS TO CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING AND A RETURN SHIPMENT IF I DECIDED TO RETURN THEIR ITEM.
