I did a lot of searching for a reasonable price for my muffler and resonator for my 2004 Volvo XC70. CARiD had the best prices. My conversation with the agent who took my call was frustrating. Although he was helpful and polite, it frustrated me that I had to spell everything to him at least three times... my name, street address, city, email. I ended up yelling into the phone. Other than that, I got great prices and the products were exactly as advertised and delivery was prompt. I will buy from CARiD again.

Price match anything that you find on this website. I can almost guarantee you will find it cheaper, on a good note they do price match. If you need an item quickly don't count on it, anything you order will arrive in no less than a month. Placed an order on June 12th and online says it will not ship till July 10th. Keep in mind that is not the day I will get the item, it's the day they "might" send it out. Last order I placed they changed the date three times. Good luck!

I ordered some running boards from their website. They added what I thought was an exhorbitant shipping charge. Got on the phone withing 1/2 hour and cancelled with their custormer service dept. They assured that the order was cancelled.

Received the order. Received chrome instead of black with no mounting brackets. Called customer service to have them pick up the order. They said I would receive a return UPS label within three days. I ordered a toe link and a week later I received a control arm off of a completely different car. When I called to exchange it they have to request return documents from the manufacturer and them forward them to me. After I send the wrong parts back they will process the order and then send out the new parts. So the entire process of getting a simple 70$ toe link will turn into a month long process. Next time I'll pay more to get the part next day from dealer. Waiting a month to save 50$ is not worth the wait on a car you need daily.

They claim on their website that an item is in stock and when you order it, they take your money and keep telling you for several months that the item will be in next month. I waited almost five months and they kept lying to me. I finally cancelled my order and I am still waiting for my refund.

They sent the wrong part to me when i finally got a hold of someone to return it they took 3 days to send the return authorization and then told me they were not sending the right part until they received the other one back... so basically i paid for a part then had to wait 3 weeks to see if they send the right one... when i tried to cancel the exchange and get my money back they told me i have to wait another week to receive my money back

Shipped the incorrect item that I ordered. I had actually had questions and wanted to speak directly with someone. Good luck with that! You can spend hours trying to reach someone and then on hold. I bought a 2000 mercedes E320 headlight wiring harness in www.carid.com, it was an excelent product, I put it in my car and everything works great. Very hard to put this harness because is necessary take off the front bumper. I give it five starts. I think the shipping was a little bit expensive.
