Have been looking for rims for quite awhile and finally found what I wanted for my 2007 Escalade. Put the order in and had some difficulty with my credit card company. Called the customer service number, spoke with Jarred and got it taken care of. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the rims are beautiful! I received them within a week. I am very pleased with the quality of my he product and the service.

I was pretty sure when I ordered the mirror it was white. I ordered from this website because Amazon only had black ones. So I was excited to find one that matched the color of my car. However, the mirror that arrived is all black.

Shopping and on time delivery is excellent. Navigating the site to make a claim for defective equipment not so much. Order was damaged I assume during delivery. Tried several times to submit claim online, guess I'll try calling.

Ordered replacement tail light for F 150. Dealership quoted $ 1000 for OEM which is crazy. The aftermarket light I bought here looks exactly the same, perfect function. Also was delivered pronto no problems. Thank you

It was a bit of a challenge installing seat covers, but with the included plastic tool and videos on YouTube had success completing the custom look. Very impressed how all seams lined up and the tight precise fit! Glad to have the safety feature of openings for air bags. Happy to see it resist spilled water on first outing.

Great Experience, Shipping wrap was excellent, even dressed for rain ---which it did. The seller answered all my questions, explaining key numbers in the serial number which identified my car is being made in the USA instead of Japan. The pad fit perfectly. I am happy. Thanks

Ordered my first part for a job that I'd never done before (front fender replacement). Part came within a couple days and fit perfectly. All-in-all I can't complain since I saved hundreds. Will consider CarID in the future!

Hassle free. Retrieved my archived order from several years back and reordered the same. Did not open the box yet but if they are like the 1st ones i bought several years ago I see no problem. Quality was good just a bit difficult to fasten that strap under the seat LOL

Bought a hood for my 2004 Honda Accord. Exact product, fir perfect, no damage and fast delivery. Great price and quality. Couldn't think anymore highly of the service. Even got a courtesy call about the delivery times. Appreciate you guys.

After searching the internet for days trying to find a replacement hood for my car that didn't charge more for shipping than the actual hood, i stumbled across CarID. Com and found the hood for nearly half the price of the other places, even ebay. I received it a couple of days after purchase. I haven't actually open it up yet because I won't be the one installing it and we're still waiting on other vital parts to get here but I will come back and update. Great buying experience so far, couldn't ask for better price or service.

First I found my part online. Then I ordered it over the phone. I'm glad it came quickly and the part was cheap. Hopefully the part is good quality as it does look of good quality. I haven't installed the front engine mount into my 08 Nissan Quest just yet but I believe it will work well and last a while the part is clean from grease, and looks new. I will definitely remember this site in case I need other parts in the future.

I used ApplePay for my purchase, but it apparently defaulted to an old address. Someone responded quickly on the customer service chat line and fixed the error easily. I also appreciate that they followed up with this survey to ensure I got my delivery.

I ordered new headlights for my 2014 Ford focus. The parts arrived and I placed the box in my garage waiting for a time where I could install them. When I opened the box, I discovered the driver side front headlight magnifying lens was not in place was loose and broke the headlight that came with the kit. The material is all glued plastic, and it looks like the magnifying lens was never properly placed, and has been vibrating around, breaking the interior of the sealed lighting unit..

Fast and easy experience. I like how fast the delivery was and they're quick email responses. However, I did attempt to order more merchandise a hood insulator liner for $95. I almost purchased it until I noticed it was $399 for shipping. That was upsetting so I deleted my cart

Have looked for about 5 months for my 2010 Mazda Miata Grand Touring. Picked one set of chrome wheels from another dealer who told me they would fit fine. NOT. Wheels stuck outside of the fenders. NOT WHAT I WANTED. Found these at Cardi. Talked to a customer service gave him all my information and wants as far as fit. He assured me that these would work. Got them installed yesterday. Perfect. First of all I really like the new board. While the installation video could have been a little longer as I had to refer to it a few times account I felt like the paper instructions weren't always clear. I did the installation on my driveway and it took me along about six hrs to install, mostly because I was trying not to scratch my truck or the rubbing board and I wasn't in a rush. My original running board were 17" off the ground now when retracted they are 19 and extended right at 11 inches. This was exactly what I was looking for.
