Not only did I have to call after my order was not delivered to find out my product was out of stock, when I cancelled my order (which in their email says will take 1-2 to review, and I did not get confirmation of approval nor rejection to this day 2/18) they shipped out my item 7 days later. They claim that the shipment was refused, that they claim they have proof of me refusing, (keep in mind, this was all throughout Christmas of 2020 and my family was out of town until after the new years) they tried to charge me 2x shipping.
3 months later, I get an email 'your order has shipped.' I've had to put a merchant stop on my card and was advised to get a new card.
These people are crooks, they do not communicate anything with you and claim they have proof of things they do not have any proof of.

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. This company stole over $500 from me and refused to give me any insight as to when I'd be getting my product. I originally ordered front and rear Rixxu Milano seat covers on November 25. I knew ordering this at the end of November was risky if it was to be received by Christmas. The expected shipping date was "Dec. 15", this changed over 13 times. Not a joke. From Dec 15, to Dec 18, to Dec 21, to Dec 28, to January 21, to January 15, to January 25 etc. Every time I had to call customer service which was awful. They had no idea where the product was, and would tell me to be patient. They have no knowledge of where their products are and refuse to provide any more info. They won't even let you speak to management. After fighting to get my $500 back, they fought it and said the front row seats items were already shipped? Total lie. Had to call my bank and file a fraudulent claim against CARID. Please do your research before buying anything from this company. I was one of the unfortunate customers who had a very negative experience.

Company refused to refund shipping ($135.00) despite order having never been delivered. I was not contacted about setting up a delivery appointment and the item was returned to the manufacturer without my knowledge. CarID never made any attempt to contact me by email to alert me about the delivery, instead they kept my money for a product that was not delivered. Only after I proactively contacted them to inquire about the status of my order did they discover that the phone number they had for me was incorrect. They offered to refund the item cost but refused to refund the shipping. No notice had ever been given that a deliver appointment was required. Very poor customer service experience.

We ordered a hitch and they sent us the wrong one and they didn't send the right bolts. We called and they said they would send them right out. We waited weeks for them to come and they never showed them my husband had unexpected surgery. Of course waiting weeks put us past the 30 day return and my husbands surgery. My sin tried to put it on and said it was the wrong one. We went to the body shop and they said it was the wrong one. I tried offering to pay for shipping to swap out the part and they refused. Now I'm spent 203.00 plus another 20 for bolts and can't use the product. Beware of this company! I would give them a zero if possible.

Bought LED head lamps from them the clear lens where fused together was separating. These headlights are very expensive. They even tried buying me off with a 40.00 dollar gift card instead of exchanging my headlights. Don't Buy from them

I ordered wheels for my 2012 Audi S5 cabriolet and was sent the wrong size. I specifically specified the right size using there methods of ordering for assurances of the correct size to be sent to me. After making a phone call to company a "foreign" woman proceeded to tell me I need to verify the wrong size wheel by taking pictures of size label on the box and my vin number.

I had bought 4 wheels off carid uptown receiving the wheels we have test fitted one wheel worked and verified all part numbers were the same so we proceed to mount tires on wheels upon getting to balance the wheels we have noticed one wheels had the wrong lug pattern so I called and called I kept getting hung up on been emailing back and forth and the best thing they can do on there mess up is offer employees pricing for there own mistake so they Blame the customer never again will I purchace any thing again considering this is my first time buyer beware they don't care about us buyers only themselves and won't admit to there own mistakes or do anything about making it good

This company is totally a fraud! Look twice before you buy anything from it.
They sent the wrong item to me and then charge me shipping, and taxes.
The item I ordered on their website says 100% fit my car, but it actually did not fit.
This matter not only cost the laborers at the dealership but also waste my time. I would rather go to eBay or somewhere else to buy parts. Even the sellers on eBay are better than this fraud company.

On February 3,2021 I ordered two new rims from them over the phone so I can get an actual estimated time I will receive because I need my car to get to work. They said ship out date is Friday latest and on the order it says that too. Friday comes I call to ask about it they said it will be shipped out today latest and I will receive a tracking number id via email. Okay fine, I wait again. Monday comes I call and they tell me it will be shipped out today or Tuesday latest. NOW ITS TUESDAY, still no tracking ID number. And they said the exact same thing. If they don't know when I'm going to receive just be honest so I can make adjustments. Because I work in the healthcare field and I have so much more difficulty getting to work now because of this constant delay.

They charged me an exorbitant restocking fee. For a $45 part a $15 restocking fee is outrageous. If you're not sure it will fit don't buy it here

I ordered a part jan 20. They said it will ship out Jan 28th. On Jan 28th, no shipment or tracking number so I decided to give it a few days. On Feb 1st, I called them again, they said it will ship from the warehouse that day. Feb 4th, still nothing on shipment so I used live chat and they said the part is still with the manufacture. This is terrible. Especially when I'm paying almost 51 dollars for shipping. I understand the whole covid thing is messing up things but when I place a order on Jan 20 and haven't seen or heard anything on my part being shipped 15 days later is terrible.
UPDATE: received a email today stating that my part was shipped FEB 9,2020. Idk if I'm being picky or something weird is going on but usually there's content in the body of the email when they inform you that your part was shipped. This particularly email, there wasn't. Maybe they shipped my part or maybe not. Regardless, I will update the review if so.

I Purchased floor mats that did not provide much coverage in my tundra. Customer service just refused to give me a refund of an unsatisfied customer. I would suggest you look elsewhere for products because once they get you money they will not accommodate you If you are not satisfied with their product. I ordered some diamond plate bed caps from them. I paid for order. Gave me a order number and everything. They said I would recieve them in three weeks on that Thursday. So two weeks went by and I checked the status on order. They told me they cant get bed caps no more. Instead of telling me the day I ordered. Now no bed caps and have to wait 3 to 5 more days to recieve my money back. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend ordering anything from them.

I ordered a set of wheels and tires from them on 1/14. The expected ship date, was 2/14. I changed my mind about the wheels since my tech said they would be too big for the car, so on 2/20, I called to change my order. They said that since I ordered "Custom" wheels, I couldn't cancel the order. Claiming that the manufacturer has already begun to press the wheels. I highly doubt that, because how ITF are off the Shelf Asanti ABL-22 Alpha 5s - Custom? They have these wheels in stock all day at discount tire, so i know theyre not custom. CarID sent the wrong part. Though they refunded for the wrong parts, I was forced to pay for shipping. They not only wasted my time, they would not refund the $36.80 they still owe for their mistake.
I bought an alternator for my 92 Ford Ranger 5.0 V6. After I ordered the part, I received the invoice which stated that the alternator was for 92 Ford Ranger and showed that it fit three different engine sizes. Obviously there is a problem with their software.
They probably sent the information to the shipper who, instead of checking with me on the actual size of my engine and the part I needed, just shipped the most popular size. That screwed the shipper and screwed me.
I sent email after email to CarID for them to refund the $36.80. Each time, they told me to go F*** myself.
I then disputed the charge on my card. Then CarID fought it charging me again for the $36.80. Now I have to spend more time sending pictures to my credit cards company.
There are legitimate places to get your auto parts. STAY AWAY from CarID.
PostScript: I went to Auto Zone to buy the alternator I needed since I had already waited a week and a half for the wrong part, it turned out it was exactly the same price I spent at CarID, including the shipping. I would have saved nothing by getting the right part form CarID. Instead, I wasted an additional $35 and hours of my time.

They have no customer supervisor to speak to, no way to fix problems, and prices are misquoted. Ordered wheels and tires. Spending 2 grand! A few days later they gave me a shipping date of 4 months away. That was insanely ridiculous and I emailed them. It took them 4 days to email me back telling me that my ship date was only a week away. I then sent them and email with the screenshot of my email saying 4 months away. Then it took them ANOTHER 4 days to email telling me "oh you're right" Then they cancelled my order. Took 2 weeks just to argue with them about their own order malfunction and to get cancelled...
