Worst site!

They took to me 30€ just for the service of booking the car, without mentioning clearly this payment.
Worst site to book cars for rental, they steal your money.

This is a website directing you to car rental companies available on the web anyway, they charge you fees camouflaged as something else for being re-directed to the rental company's website. DO NOT GET CAUGHT, deal directly with the rental companies.

Worst rental experience ever.

Purchased the full insurance from you then the local rental company(Enterprise rent a car) claimed it was not protected enough I need to pay more to be able to get full insured.

But the pre-payment to you was not shown in the e-voucher that I can provide to Enterprise so they had no clue the price was excluded the insurance covered by you.

In the end contract was made with Enterprise and you claimed its valid would never even consider to return the insurance I paid to your company Carflexi, doesnt matter that in the end even the contract was already different and car model changed as well.

After i found out this problem i tried to call out this problem and never able to get instant feedback. In general your online interface is misleading and customer support is poor.

You should at least list the paid insurance price and your contact information on the e-voucher, which this information is missing and could be difficult for customers whos renting car aboard without proper internet/phone connections.

Will never recommend your service EVER AGAIN

Fraudsters

Booked online believing it was the rental for car hire only to arrive at the care how collection point to be told they did not receive any funds, called car Flexi who first said was additionall insurance, at least that's the only part of the conversation I could understand, the car rental company staff member also attempted to clarify with car link what the charge was for and was told service and admin but no clarity received as to what service. Requested a refund and was informed this was a non refundable fee. DO NOT USE CARLINK if you value your sanity and your hard earned money.

We have purchased fully cover insurance for damage with no excess and apparently, we are not covered for anything!
Big scammers and do not take responsibility!
Stay away!

This booking agent that advertises the best car rental fees across the range of car rental companies in SA is a scam and tend to hide fees that suddently appear at the end of your rental agreement. I saw a good rate with First car rental but I did not realise that they made me subscribe WITHOUT ME REALIZING IT to a theft damage excess protection of R154 per day, which is way out of my range. I would never have agreed to it but never aw that I was subscribing to this service

SCAM SCAM SCAM! They mentioned insurance was included and when I arrived to Jamaica. The car rental refused the policy which Car Flexi provided to me in writing and I was forced today for insurance. When I returned Car Flexi confirmed that I should not have paid and then they stopped to answer me as I requested to be refunded for the insurance. STAY AWAY!

As we previously informed you, the child seat is of course included in the price of your booking, not in the payment made online, but in the payment due at the desk as all added extras are paid locally.

This happens will all reservations that include optional extras like child seats, GPS, Mobile Wi-FI, etc. You can add the additional equipment to the reservation so it is included to the price, and this equipment will be paid locally when picking up the car within the voucher amount agreed upon reservation.

In this case, we have verified that the charges made locally were correct. You were charged for the child seat only once and within the voucher rate without any discrepancies.

Rented a car from Carflexi and their agent PANADORA (CF35DF56) at Trabzon Turkey. They deducted SAR 2304 as a deposit from my credit card which to be returned when I return the car at no damage. The car has been returned without a damage but they refused to return the money to my card making tens of tricks. Term/Condition stated that deposit should be returned to credit card. After 2 months I had to go through my bank to claim for my money which it cost me additional money. Additionally they charged me SAR 422 when I bought the service which is over than mentioned in their Ads. So I strongly recommend not to deal with Carflexi or PANADORA.

This is potentially a scam company, I used the service arrived at the airport, had to take a taxi, when i arrived at the 3rd party hire company they did not have a car and said that this "Carflexi" is just a scam company taking deposits but never ever delivering the cars or refunding the money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They refused to refund the money to me.

I booked 2 cars from Milos island for 10 days and i chose SIXT so that i deal with an international company. The terms and conditions stated that i had to contact the local company that SIXT dealt with in Milos in order to clarify i could ferry the car to Sifnos, an island next to Milos. I received confirmation that i could and when we reached Milos we were denied the option to ferry the car. I contacted Carflexi and told them what had happened and that it was no fault of mine and that they should take it up with the locals and they just said we are sorry 50 per car will be held by us... NEVER AGAIN!

Carflexi extreme non-professional brokers, and they hide their info in the sales details. I rented a car and paid with my American Express Card (amex) than without my agreement they inserted a full insurance, which is 100% fully covert by my amex credit card which was only 27 for 5 days. They refunded within 3 days, but when we try to get the car booked at exotic cars in the Seychelles, the rental did not accept Amex and I need to pay with amex for the full insurance, so Exotic car send me to their colleagues NelsonCarrental next to them, and they accept my card, the rental was somewhat more expensive and the own-risk was higher, but nice people/car. When I asked my down payment back at Carflexi, they refuse because in their conditions was written that only Master/Visa was accepted but in the paper they send me, it was just written"bring a valid credit card in the name of the driver" and that is what I did. Super unfair people, go with others... not this company.
This is what they send me
"Please remember when picking up your car, the following documents are essential:
- Your voucher
- A valid credit card in the name of the main driver*
- Your drivers license*
- Your ID card / Passport "
And this part for not paying back my money
*Please check the terms and conditions of your booking to make sure that you meet the requirements which will be requested upon the pick up.

When I booked a car they charged me fully by online and when I went to collect the car, Fireflies car company wanted achage me again double!
I cancelled my booking but Car Flexi keepmy money
I am disappointed because of;

Lost one day of my holiday plus my money plus I went by train to collect the car and they did not accept my official UK driving licence as ID card!

In short; DOUBLE CHARGE, HIDDEN PRICE, TRICKY AND NO RESPONSIBLE TO ANSWER ABOUT THIER CHARGES

We were scammed. Avoid CarFlexi at all costs.

I rented a Renault Symbol or similar, at Cappadocia, Türkiye, because, as a family of 4 and we needed a large trunk to accommodate the luggage. Instead, when we arrived at the airport the only car available was an old Renault Clio with a cracked windshield, bumps and scratches allover and we could not even fit the luggage in it. The person that received us at the airport told us he could not change it and asked us to go with him on the car to the main office, away from the airport. On the main office a very rude person told us they will not give us any other car. They also didn't recognise we bought the package with full insurance and ZERO Deductible and insisted we would pay for any damage on the vehicle. When I refused to accept that smaller and damaged car because it did not met the conditions of the contract they treated us as a No Show to avoid reimbursement. They refused to even drive us back to the airport.
We payed the rental in advance, they did not met the contract and refused to reimburse. We were left with no reimbursement, no car and not even a ride back to the airport.
I would definitely advise to avoid CarFlexi at all costs.
