Bad car rental:
First surprise: Carflexi take you off immediatly 10% of the total rprice on your account!
( That was not explained on their website)
Second surprise: They send you a voucher for a car you have booked, but when you want to pick up the car at the Airport they tell you ( Thrifty in this case) the car you have booked is in a upper range and if you want it you have to pay more than the amount written on the Carflexi voucher!
And they absolutely refuse to refund you the 10% they took, even you book another car in another car rental ( in my case)!
One of the worst experience, arrived in catania went to pickup my car booked many months prior to my trip
In Sicily, arrived at the counter to be told you don't have an internal license so no car, in 30+ years of travelling the world I have never been asked for an international license I use my Australian license, so I had to book an other car with another supplier, no problem there but my problem is car flex took the money and refused to comeback to any of my emails and they don't have a phone number ( at no stages on their contract it mentioned international license)

When i make reservation was with us dollars they charge me in euros and they charge me 800 extra
NO. Do NOT book with them. We booked a car through CarFlexi with National, pick up in Paros, and drop-off in Chania (Crete) 3 weeks later. Everything was confirmed, we had the agreement. When we showed up in Paros to pick up the car, we were told the booking isn't possible, we can't take the car to Crete.
The only thing CarFlexi was willing to do, is offered us new rentals at twice the price (at least). Our whole trip, including our flights, was booked around this one-way car rental. They didn't admit any mistake or do anything to help us. We're now in Paros, without any car rental coming up in Crete unless we want to fork over an additional 500EUR.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. If anything goes wrong they have NO responsibility to you and won't do anything to make things right.

Their website is MISLEADING & FRAUDULENT.
We chose the option where ALL insurance was included.
Our credit card was charged.
When we arrived at NICE airport, we were told by the Sixt operator that it WAS NOT included.
Sixt operator at Nice airport informed us that NO insurance was included including theft etc
When I showed him the email that said it WAS included, he said "that's the problem you have when you book online and don't use our official website"
CarFlexi.com have refused our request for a refund stating that "we would like to point out that the rental agreement entered into at the local destination is exclusively between yourself and the car rental provider, to which CarFlexi.com has no interference, as we are a broker company which helps our customers get the best possible offer in the market. "
So their website, where you choose the option for insurance to be included is completely FRAUDULENT.

My flight was 20 minutes late and I waited two goers for them to show up
Not only they didn't show up, no email and no text to tell me what was happening
After two hours I finally called them and they were located in downtown Tirana 1 hr and a half away (traffic considered also)
When I called they told me that it was my fault because my flight was late
Therefore they didn't have to wait for me so they rented out the car that I had put over $200 as a down payment
And when I requested refund they said that THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUND
$#*! COMPANY
WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN
I booked a Hyunday I20 on their website with the dealer Centauro.
Amazing surprise that dealer only have Fiats, they do not rent any other brand of car.
That would not be a problem for me if it is not for the fact that you pay different price for every model of car you select on Carflexi website.
So I would get the same car if I pay for a Chevrolet Spark or a Ford Fiesta.

Thank you for the review. Allow us to inform you that we work with many companies and the reservations are confirmed according to vehicle categories and not according to individual models. The named cars on the website serve as an examples for the size, specifications and performance of a vehicle category. The car rental stations offer different models in every group and in the photo are shown different models of the same brand and after checking the case with Centauro car rentals we were informed that those are different models of the same brand which just happened to be parked close to each other. Centauro car rentals offer is an international company and they offer several models in every group.

Carflexi and rental company categories do not match, we paid for higher and got a lower category car, this is the result of a problem between Carflexi and Europcar in Malaysia/Sabah.
The contact number of Carflexi does not work and the support team flicked the problem away per email. I woukld not book with Carfllexi again nrt with Europcar either
I made a booking through CarFlexi, then called the hire company direct to compare the deal. After Damage Waiver add on fee (CarFlexi does NOT include this) it was much cheaper to book direct.
I saved 200 UK pounds for a weeks rental.
You have 48 hours prior to vehicle pickup to cancel your CarFlexi booking and get your booking fee back. Don't delay, CANCEL TODAY!
I recently used car flexi for my rental in Belgium. Booking was really easy. They offered the cheapest price -believe me since I checked in many other sites. I will use again.
Based on the reviews, I have no doubt that carflexi is not legit business. Their prices are too good to be true.
Be careful and don't let the low prices fool you.
I didn't receive the insurance policy details and after complaining I got it. I suggest them to be more proactive with the customers explaining what they are buying.

Worst experience EVER with CarFlexi. WATCH OUT! We rented a car for our trip to Mallorca through them(and they sent us to Rhodium, which sent us to Goldcar), got the worst customer service at the desk upon arrival to the airport (with my 7-year old son & 81 year old dad). Customer service was SO bad, another woman that evening was crying, yelling, & threatening to call the police. The man tending to us threw a fit when we said something and he CANCELLED our reservation just like that... at his whim, with no due process. Not only all that--a horrible experience, but, even after I got NO car from them, had to hire Hertz, when I got in touch with the headquarters for a refund, they NEVER gave me the refund & then when I disputed via PayPal they refused to refund me & gave false evidence. WATCH OUT!

I cannot believe how such a car platform like this can still exist and regret not having searched for reviews on Carflexi.com.
I rented a car through Carflexi.com in Australia. The car rental company was Atlas Car & Truck Rental. I had a few issues (thanks Murphy) on my trip and have not received any resolution or a proper response from them.
1. I selected for a GPS unit on Carflexi's website (also indicated in the E-voucher) but when I picked up the car from Atlas, they said they did not have any GPS unit there. There was no attempt by Atlas to offer my any solution to this.
2. I had a flat tyre in the middle of a country road on a weekend afternoon. I tried to call for a '24-hour Road-Side Assistance' service (also indicated on the E-voucher) but there was no one answering the phones at Atlas. Carflexi just told me I have to keep trying as they cannot do anything for me. Unfortunately, no one would pick up at the Atlas helpline till the next working day.
3. I returned the car to Atlas which was checked by their staff with no issue. After leaving the country, I was shocked to receive a message from my credit card company that a charge was made. No one contacted me about this until I discovered it. Atlas now claims there was a dent. How does Carflexi respond? You guessed it. With no response.
All I can say is, you roll the dice with using Carflexi.com. Are you feeling lucky?
NO car on arrival and while the rental company didn't try to charge me for there being no cars left the website refused to return their fee.

Booked and paid online in advance, to pick up a car for 2 days, on my arrival to Adelaide airport on the agreed time, I found no company of that name at the airport, and when I called they said wait for the cuttle bus service to bring you to the office near down town, I did as been asked and wasted near an hour until I got there to find new charges and rules that never been communicated clearly when I booked online, they even wanted to charge me $1,000 and to keep it for 10 business days or more after I return the car, and when I refused and said this is never been communicated with me before and I refused to accept it, they refused to refund me what I paid, and left me to sort my self out from where they are located until I got back to Airport to hire another car from a local dealer
Still want to deal with them, then don't blame anyone but yourself if anything unexpected happens to you
We had a nightmare situation with us renting a car, pre-paying for it and then not being able to pick up the car. Apparently the cancellation policy did not apply. BE warned against this company!

They take a huge commission that is not deducted from the rental price at the company! Don't do it! Go directly to the rental agency themselves or use another site!
