I made a purchase in February 2024, and my order was confirmed, yet for the past six months, the company has failed to provide me with a refund, offering nothing but excuses. Carethy Ecommerce S.L. Has since been liquidated, and the only solution the new management has proposed is to issue points instead of a monetary refund. This is unacceptable, especially since I can only use a maximum of 50% of my total order amount in points. I have repeatedly attempted to access my account to use these points, but I have been unsuccessful. To make matters worse, their customer support is unresponsive. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Carethy!
Don't order anything from Carethy.net. I saw it too late. I ordered in February, I did not receive anything for 1.5 months, sent for a refund and received polite letters that we will pass on to the accountant. I have been writing to them for three months, and I receive the same letters. No order, no refund
Beware this is a scam company. I placed an order on the 25th of January for £125.76 which was never delivered. Four weeks later I requested a refund and instead of issuing a refund, I was told they were refunding the total amount as purchase points in the account. I then placed another order on the 2nd of March trying to use all credit and again nothing was delivered.
I have requested a full refund on the 13th of May for all the money I have paid and still waiting. On the 14th of May, I received an email that my order is cancelled, and a new order was placed under my name not authorized by me for one of the products which is absolutely useless as both products are meant to be used together. I now have no choice but to escalate through my credit card company as I am not confident anything will happen. I only wished I read the reviews beforehand.
Ordered products from Carethy 09/02/24 and nothing received, no answers to emails and judging by the amount of posts about Carethy it appears they are scammers with no intention of supplying products. There is an ODR European Claim Form that can be completed if you are in a similar situation. Carethy needs to stop trading.
I placed an order and put on stock and after 2 days got an email saying products are out of stock and they will refund my money. Its been 1 month i am constantly sending email got no reply and haven't even get my money. I got scammed. Worst experience ever
Placed order on 1/15/2024, today is 2/20/2024. They charged $49.99 for shipping of the order, and never shipped out. They also not responding on any of the requests. Processing chargeback!

The product I ordered never showed up. After two months of waiting I asked for a refund. Even though I was promised a refund I never got it. That was two months ago. They have stopped answering my messages.

I never received the product, no responses to emails, nobody there to answer the phone. The online form to ask a question does not work. This is clearly a scam. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered Jan 19th. Now Feb 8 and they took my money, but order says processing. You cannot get through to customer services, they don't answer emails so I think they are a total Scam
I ordered M2 beaute serum around 5 months ago and after 1 months they told me they don't have it! And after that i requested them to refund the money around 160$ but they didn't, they are fraud please don't trust their website and rating they are the worst.

Placed an order late September to find out 3 months later of no news that they didn't even have that item in stock. I asked for a refund, they said they'd do it and it's been 2 months since then. I have sent countless emails their way and they respond once in a while saying they are sorry and that the refund should be with me "soon".
I truly believe this so-called business is a scam. Maybe they fulfil orders here and there but they are notorious about taking people's money and not doing anything in return. Just check out the low ratings in Trustpilot... Similar stories everywhere.
I am 40 and I haven't been scammed online like this my entire life. It appears their HQ is in Spain, and I know legal advisors in Barcelona that will deal with this matter. I don't care how much it costs. These businesses should simply not exist.

Dont buy anything from them STAY AWAY, they put everything on stock on the website, and as of now i have a order that they didnt sent, do not respond to mails or messages so they scammed me.

Buyer beware! I received a broken YSL eyeshadow that I paid $46 for and trying to get a hold of this company is nearly impossible! By the time I finally was able to send an email and sent a picture of the broken item I still have not heard back from this company. It is a fraud and a scam, and be careful to never buy from there.
Be careful, Carethy is a scam - they market items on their webpage that they don't have in stock, and they don't "manage" to get from suppliers. And they will never return your payment!
I made a purchase on 26.9.2023 and the situation today, 19.1.2024 (4 months afterwards) is that the items have not been sent to me, and the refund I've requested 2 months ago still hasn't been paid out.
Originally, I was astonished that I didn't get a confirmation of payment after placing and paying my order. I emailed Carethy on the next day, 27.9.2023, but they responded over 10 days later on 8.10.2023. Then another SIX WEEKS went by without anything, no email from them. I emailed on 1.11.2023, and it took them another nearly TWO WEEKS to respond on 13.11.2023. So as you can see, their business policy is that most customers will just get tired of it, and stop emailing and asking for their products.
Instead of sourcing the items I had purchased from another provider like they could have, they just wrote in their email "We inform you that we have requested information on the terms of service to the provider" - I mean how ridiculous can you get. They are a bunch of liers at Carethy, believe me.
They are still advertising for the same product on their website, although they very well knew that they "didn't have it in stock". All these four months, they have had the item on their website, although they write to me that they can't get it from their supplier. Trust me, don't buy from Carethy. They don't respond for weeks and weeks, and when they do they lie.
It is now 19.1.2023 when I am writing this, and they still have not refunded me! On 24.11.2023 I asked them to refund me, and they still haven't, TWO MONTHS after my request for a refund and FOUR MONTHS after I made the purchase! They keep coming up with excuses... So be careful and don't buy from Carethy. Carethy will be happy to take your money, but you won't see any products. And if you don't keep emailing them, they will never contact you, they will never refund you! If you don't send multiple emails, they will never respond. And if you are unlucky like me, you might never see your money back.
They are very good at writing excuses, so be sure to check what they write in response to my text. Do not believe their response for one second - I have all the emails as proof that they only want your money, and will NEVER send you the products nor refund you.

I've used Carethy nearly a dozen times now and have had no problems. Once during the pandemic when shipping was screwed, it took a while to arrive but it wasn't their fault. Never had to use customer service so can't comment on that but did I get what I want? Always. Will continue to use them
Answer: This is their company policy! They take the customers' money, don't send the purchased products, and don't send the refund either. I'm still waiting, and I purchased my items 4 months ago, and asked for a refund 2 months ago. Carethy is a scam, and I will never buy anything from them again.
