Be careful, Carethy is a scam - they market items on their webpage that they don't have in stock, and they don't "manage" to get from suppliers. And they will never return your payment!
I made a purchase on 26.9.2023 and the situation today, 19.1.2024 (4 months afterwards) is that the items have not been sent to me, and the refund I've requested 2 months ago still hasn't been paid out.

Originally, I was astonished that I didn't get a confirmation of payment after placing and paying my order. I emailed Carethy on the next day, 27.9.2023, but they responded over 10 days later on 8.10.2023. Then another SIX WEEKS went by without anything, no email from them. I emailed on 1.11.2023, and it took them another nearly TWO WEEKS to respond on 13.11.2023. So as you can see, their business policy is that most customers will just get tired of it, and stop emailing and asking for their products.

Instead of sourcing the items I had purchased from another provider like they could have, they just wrote in their email "We inform you that we have requested information on the terms of service to the provider" - I mean how ridiculous can you get. They are a bunch of liers at Carethy, believe me.

They are still advertising for the same product on their website, although they very well knew that they "didn't have it in stock". All these four months, they have had the item on their website, although they write to me that they can't get it from their supplier. Trust me, don't buy from Carethy. They don't respond for weeks and weeks, and when they do they lie.

It is now 19.1.2023 when I am writing this, and they still have not refunded me! On 24.11.2023 I asked them to refund me, and they still haven't, TWO MONTHS after my request for a refund and FOUR MONTHS after I made the purchase! They keep coming up with excuses... So be careful and don't buy from Carethy. Carethy will be happy to take your money, but you won't see any products. And if you don't keep emailing them, they will never contact you, they will never refund you! If you don't send multiple emails, they will never respond. And if you are unlucky like me, you might never see your money back.

They are very good at writing excuses, so be sure to check what they write in response to my text. Do not believe their response for one second - I have all the emails as proof that they only want your money, and will NEVER send you the products nor refund you.

Ordered around $120 worth of stuff from in.carethy.net The delievery time was showing around 9-12 days on their website. I ordered directly through my credit card. As their website was very well mantained and I found this site through google search in shopping, infact the google was recomending this site. So there was nothing doubtful about the website so I ordered. The first 20 days the status of my order was "in processing". So I decided to write them reminders but no responce. After around 20 days and 8 reminders, I got a responce that the order has been cancelled and they are processing my refund. At that point I had read so many articles about Carethy doing same thing will lots and lots of people, I thought I was being scammed.

They cancelled my order without giving any reason, and to my surprise when I was expecting my refund they gave me my refund in points (10% extra). What can I do with points? If I re-ordered, my order is going to be stuck and I will have to start all over again.So I wrote them back that I don't want my refund in points but I want them back to original source of payment i.e. My credit card.

This time it was a quick responce, they said ok please wait for 14 business days and you will get the refund. The points in my account disappeared and my hopes againg started getting high. After 22 days from here I again reminded then that I didnt get my refund. All they said was we have raised a complaint to the concerned department about the same. Again after few days I wrote them back asking what response their department gave, but they said as soon we will get a reply from them we will let you know.

But sometime I feel how can they pull off such a huge scam for so many years without getting shutdown and also google is recomending their products in the top list? Also I think they are updating their products every moment and offering deals and coupon codes every other day,Just mantaining such a website in this was is no way a scammer can do. I am in great confusion. May be in some countries it has a bad service but its the same group and people are complaning all over the globe. Or may be theyscam only those who pay them direct payment like I did, not involving any 3rd party like PayPal.

After payment nothing happening anymore. No answer no feedback to any request! DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT ORDER FROM CARETHY!
