My recent interaction with Carethy has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite placing an order a month ago, the promised product never arrived. Rather than addressing their failure adequately, Carethy opted for a questionable solution – offering points instead of a straightforward refund. This practice raises serious concerns about transparency and customer trust, leaving me questioning the integrity of their business.

The absence of upfront communication about potential risks further aggravates the situation. Customers deserve honesty, and the fact that Carethy accepts orders without acknowledging the possibility of non-fulfillment is simply unacceptable. The choice to provide points over genuine refunds suggests a prioritization of profit over ethical customer treatment. Beware of Carethy's questionable practices, as my experience has revealed them to be an unreliable and unethical entity. Approach with caution, as their actions have eroded my trust in their business ethics.
