I made a purchase in February 2024, and my order was confirmed, yet for the past six months, the company has failed to provide me with a refund, offering nothing but excuses. Carethy Ecommerce S.L. Has since been liquidated, and the only solution the new management has proposed is to issue points instead of a monetary refund. This is unacceptable, especially since I can only use a maximum of 50% of my total order amount in points. I have repeatedly attempted to access my account to use these points, but I have been unsuccessful. To make matters worse, their customer support is unresponsive. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Carethy!

My recent interaction with Carethy has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite placing an order a month ago, the promised product never arrived. Rather than addressing their failure adequately, Carethy opted for a questionable solution – offering points instead of a straightforward refund. Customers deserve honesty, and the fact that Carethy accepts orders without acknowledging the possibility of non-fulfillment is simply unacceptable. The choice to provide points over genuine refunds suggests a prioritization of profit over ethical customer treatment. Beware of Carethy's questionable practices, as my experience has revealed them to be an unreliable and unethical entity. Approach with caution, as their actions have eroded my trust in their business ethics.

Placed an order late September to find out 3 months later of no news that they didn't even have that item in stock. I asked for a refund, they said they'd do it and it's been 2 months since then. I have sent countless emails their way and they respond once in a while saying they are sorry and that the refund should be with me "soon".

I truly believe this so-called business is a scam. Maybe they fulfil orders here and there but they are notorious about taking people's money and not doing anything in return. Just check out the low ratings in Trustpilot... Similar stories everywhere.

I am 40 and I haven't been scammed online like this my entire life. It appears their HQ is in Spain, and I know legal advisors in Barcelona that will deal with this matter. I don't care how much it costs. These businesses should simply not exist.

Stay away from these scammers. Save your money.

Buyer beware! I received a broken YSL eyeshadow that I paid $46 for and trying to get a hold of this company is nearly impossible! By the time I finally was able to send an email and sent a picture of the broken item I still have not heard back from this company. It is a fraud and a scam, and be careful to never buy from there.

Don't order anything from Carethy.net. I saw it too late. I ordered in February, I did not receive anything for 1.5 months, sent for a refund and received polite letters that we will pass on to the accountant. I have been writing to them for three months, and I receive the same letters. No order, no refund

I placed an order and put on stock and after 2 days got an email saying products are out of stock and they will refund my money. Its been 1 month i am constantly sending email got no reply and haven't even get my money. I got scammed. Worst experience ever

Ordered products from Carethy 09/02/24 and nothing received, no answers to emails and judging by the amount of posts about Carethy it appears they are scammers with no intention of supplying products. There is an ODR European Claim Form that can be completed if you are in a similar situation. Carethy needs to stop trading.

I ordered M2 beaute serum around 5 months ago and after 1 months they told me they don't have it! And after that i requested them to refund the money around 160$ but they didn't, they are fraud please don't trust their website and rating they are the worst.

Perfume ordered several weeks and payment has been taken for it. No perfume as yet and no communication! I have put in a new order to replace the one unavailable. It is order no PHA-GB *******827. Guerlain Mon Eau de Parfumerie at £52.41

The product I ordered never showed up. After two months of waiting I asked for a refund. Even though I was promised a refund I never got it. That was two months ago. They have stopped answering my messages.

Placed order on 1/15/2024, today is 2/20/2024. They charged $49.99 for shipping of the order, and never shipped out. They also not responding on any of the requests. Processing chargeback!

Dont buy anything from them STAY AWAY, they put everything on stock on the website, and as of now i have a order that they didnt sent, do not respond to mails or messages so they scammed me.

Beware this is a scam company. I placed an order on the 25th of January for £125.76 which was never delivered. Four weeks later I requested a refund and instead of issuing a refund, I was told they were refunding the total amount as purchase points in the account. I then placed another order on the 2nd of March trying to use all credit and again nothing was delivered.
I have requested a full refund on the 13th of May for all the money I have paid and still waiting. On the 14th of May, I received an email that my order is cancelled, and a new order was placed under my name not authorized by me for one of the products which is absolutely useless as both products are meant to be used together. I now have no choice but to escalate through my credit card company as I am not confident anything will happen. I only wished I read the reviews beforehand.

They take your money, ignore all points of contact and never deliver a damn product. I am appalled this company has not been shutdown. It's a complete fraud

It is most likely a scam. Ordered products, paid but received nothing. No answers to my complaints or emails. Do not order from this company, it is lost money...

I ordered Jan 19th. Now Feb 8 and they took my money, but order says processing. You cannot get through to customer services, they don't answer emails so I think they are a total Scam

It's the worst experience I've ever had. I bought the brand lipstick for a someone's birthday gift. I paid for an extra for wrapping service. The product come with unwrap and the lipstick box is damaged as you see from the photo. I contacted the customer service immediately and they said they will return $6 (wrapping service) into my carethy account( Excuse me, I do not want to use your service ever again) this product will not be refunded as it's not highly damaged. I've never had this kind of worst experience buying brand product online. People highly not recommend them. Don't waste your money

Worst worst worst ever site/company on the internet. I ordered a bunch of sunblock a month and a half ago and they put the wrong address. Literally waited forever for my products only to find out that it's being sent back. I actually was in contact with Francisco from the company but they didn't want to do anything helpful at all. Basically he said oh well we're not contacting any carrier and you'll get your refund when we get our stuff back. Despite that I didn't want a refund I just wanted my products, they refused to reorder anything or do anything. So yeah I'm contacting the European commission on this one. Don't do business with these people they are the worst of the worst.
