Why have I not got a refund for the product i ordered a month ago?

This is their company policy! They take the customers' money, don't send the purchased products, and don't send the refund either. I'm still waiting, and I purchased my items 4 months ago, and asked for a refund 2 months ago. Carethy is a scam, and I will never buy anything from them again.
