Worst worst worst ever site/company on the internet. I ordered a bunch of sunblock a month and a half ago and they put the wrong address. Literally waited forever for my products only to find out that it's being sent back. I actually was in contact with Francisco from the company but they didn't want to do anything helpful at all. Basically he said oh well we're not contacting any carrier and you'll get your refund when we get our stuff back. Despite that I didn't want a refund I just wanted my products, they refused to reorder anything or do anything. So yeah I'm contacting the European commission on this one. Don't do business with these people they are the worst of the worst.
Tip for consumers:
It would be helpful if they actually behaved like a real company and attempted to do something when someone has a legitimate complaint. My recommendation now would be to put them out of business so innocent people don't loose their money.
