Ordered a product, attempted to cancel within an hour (should've read these reviews more closely before doing that) and recieved shipment notification 15 hours later. Followed up on my cancellation request and was told they could no longer cancel since the order was already on its way. What service! Product arrived in a box that looked like somebody was upset with it, product inside the box expired 4 months ago. Not even remotely interested in engaging them for a return, they got my money and never will again. Don't make the mistake I made, avoid this business.

I have ordered a few times from carethy and their customer service only gets worse. I ordered $385 Australian dollars worth of cosmetics, including a DHL imposed fee for a "safer"delivery. Since the 7th of November no one update or a response email to notify me about the state of my order. The order was charged immediately through stripe but never sent or received. I've emailed about 10 times and zero response; the customer service site doesn't even send the email they say they will send to confirm the customer having try to contact them! It's a mess.and so many bad reviews already.
I've started a claim through my bank to ask for my money back!

Worst site I have ever dealt with.
If I could give a negative star rating I would. One star is too good for these scammers.

I ordered a Wahl hair clippers.
Order was being processed for over a week. I decided to cancel the order. I'm still waiting for a refund. That was a week ago.

I have a long term illness. It is now my daily goal to do this company as much damage as possible. Facebook, Twitter, instagram, LinkedIn What's App, Snapchat and kik.

Purchased a hairdryer recommended to me. Product I am unable to use due to incorrect voltage and plug needed in my country. Carethy deleted the webpage of the product I bought and THEN emailed me saying the fault is my own and did not offer any method of resolution. E-commerce companies with no methods of resolution are a scam. Stay away from Carethy, buy the same exact products on Amazon or elsewhere.

I bought a Wahl Cordless Detailer from Carethy on 27/1/20 which was delivered to me on 21/2/20 a full 25 days after my order date and 24 days after it had taken the payment from my bank. In fairness the product was exactly as purchased and was also carefully packed to prevent any damage during shipping from Barcelona in Spain to Cork in Ireland. I was worried about all the poor reviews especially around very slow delivery times but the price was 48 cheaper than its local cost in Cork. Happy with the product and its great value but once again unhappy with the very slow delivery time as outlined. Con. Cork Ireland.

I've used Carethy nearly a dozen times now and have had no problems. Once during the pandemic when shipping was screwed, it took a while to arrive but it wasn't their fault. Never had to use customer service so can't comment on that but did I get what I want? Always. Will continue to use them

I never received the product, no responses to emails, nobody there to answer the phone. The online form to ask a question does not work. This is clearly a scam. Don't waste your time or money.

One of the worse experiences when buying beauty items. After two over weeks of my purchase no shipping information so I contacted them, was told they are out of 1 item out of 5.7kg parcel so about 15 items in total. I had to contact them to tell me this? I selected a replacement product and after another week was told when contacted again that my order is not shipped because the product I selected is not in stock too! What a nightmare. Who does it. When I asked for my order to be cancelled and refund issued they said after a few days waiting again time that it was shipped. I am still waiting for it to arrived. Now imagine how many people have the same problem. By law companies can't take your money and not provide goods in the time you agreed when ordering it and if there are delays they should inform you. I bet there is more people I am going to report you as soon as I receive order and inspect it. Just wait!

Order never received, customer services never replied to my several email to clarify the delay or to refund the money back. Stop purchasing from this website

Appalling company. Do not use. They essentially ran me around for 3 months chasing the delivery and then saying they take no responsibility. They have essentially stolen my payment and claim that their terms mean they are not responsible for non-delivery from their courier

Am in New Zealand. Ordered item on line. Was dispatched within a couple of days, as per tracking record.
Took a month to get to NZ. Not Carethy's fault, as not surprised because of the shipping delays to NZ due to limited transport capacity as a result of Covid.
Goods arrived and we are very with product.

Order placed and paid on August 23,2023 is still not delivered on September 21,2023. No communication from them, no respond to my inquiries. Not acceptable company service, taking money and not delivering merchandise. Don't ever use them.

They will withdraw money from your card without authorization and send things, if you return them worse because they will never return the money to you either. They do not have an efficient telephone service or contact you have to sneak around to find them. Their reviews are very bad they are thieves

Estimated time for delivery was 7 days, 17 days later still no delivery. Playing tricks along with the shipping company! Don't order from this site, stay away.
