Carethy were cheapest on line for the three items I wanted plus postage, so on 18th July I placed and paid for my order and received an email saying estimated delivered between 22nd & 26th July. Only then did I read the reviews. Horror, shock! I was horrified at so many negative reviews and fully expected to have lost my money. However on 23rd July my order arrived, well packaged, no leaks, no damage, I was so relieved. Cant fault Carethy.

Order delay like 10 days now, not tracking information.I have emailed them twice and been ignored completely. Would not recommended to buy from this company!

I normally don't write reviews but this company does not deserve anyone's business. Waited and waited for my order and never arrived. Customer service is non-existent.

Absolutely do not buy from this website.
I payed for a hair removal cream and after 10 days of not hearing back I contacted them they then said they'd get back to me in 48 hours, they didn't.
I emailed them again, they said the product isn't available and i requested a refund which they said would be with me in 14 days. NO REFUND WAS SENT and its been closer to a month now.
SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have purschased an item on Carethy and received an e-mail saing it was no longer availabe and if i wanted the refund. After seven month emailing and asking about the refund i still haven't got it. I received an email saing that the refund woul be donne in 15 days, and if not to speak with the bank. But the bank said that they couldn't do anything.

Carethy never delivered the goods i ordered and despite chasing repeatedly in writing to get a refund I never got a response. Do not trust this shop they are dishonest!

I bought some products from the site thinking what a bargain. The amount came up to over £70. I received a text message a few days ago that my parcel was delivered. However, id been home all day and nothing was received. Hence, I telephoned Parcelforce and they confirmed it HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS BUT TO ANOTHER. What I confronted Carethy.net they just kept on confirming it was delivered when I told them to email specifically with my address to parcel force confirming that the parcel was in fact NOT delivered to my address. However, that too is an issue for them and they are asking for me to email my signature and proof of id which I never would as this is in breach of my data protection. I truly hope someone reads this before purchasing like I wish that I had done as truly just before xmas 2021 this is the least stress I need on top of the stress brought on from the pandemic!

Carethy takes your money and does not issue a refund when products is not in stock. I have waited over 30 days since my order and have now filed a chargeback through my credit card. So annoying to have to spend hours to get my own money back - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

No items received! Had to send several emails to find out - None contacted me about the items not being in stock. Slow respons from customer service and no refund was offered - Only 10% extra on a "gift card" and now I'm filing for a chargeback through Stripe. Businesses like these should NOT have access to Stripe or PayPal etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.

I placed an order PHA-IE**************a1 on the 9th of March, almost a month ago and still have not received it! It still has not left the warehouse. They take days to reply to any email I send and then respond with a generic answer and do not answer my queries. I am entitled to a refund as my order has not left the warehouse nearly a month after I placed the order. After reading reviews online, I've realised this company just steals your money. I will leave negative reviews on any website I can find to ensure others do not make the same mistake I did.

Update: see reply from Carethy below but they have NOT contacted me to make amends.

Avoid this company like the plague. I am going to continue leaving negative reviews wherever I can until I get my refund and am going to talk to my solicitor too. I will never order from them or any other non reputable website ever again and will make sure everyone I know, knows what kind of company this is.

I ordered hand sanitizer from this site during our Coronavirus epidemic and it's been a month and still nothing but LIES. First it was they sent the item already and I couldn't cancel, then they were sending a substitution without my approval (I received nothing) because the were out of stock. But it was already sent right? Still NOTHING! I have asked for a refund and now I am getting NO response. I paid $37 for a 1 liter of sanitizer and I received NOTHING! They have just outright STOLEN my money. I am filing a grief with BBB and filing with my bank. Do Not Order from these people!

They did not deliver my products at all! The post agve me a slip 3 months after I ordered, and the customer service is ignoring me!

This site is a bogus site, pure theft. Never ever order here. They take your money send you proof of order and then you never get the goods. BE WARNED THIS IS A SCAM SITE!

Why do you sell products on your website when you do not have stock? I ordered "Purell Hydroalcoholic Hand Sanitizing Gel" (2x 500 ml). Without my permission you sent me another cheap brand of Hand Sanitizing Gel, and at the same price? You have no right to do that. Your customer support is not responding to my emails. You cannot cheat people because of the Coronavirus situation. This is pathetic! I need full refund. If I have to send you back the package, please share the full address. After 6 wks of order, no delivery. No phone nbr. Complaint thru' website not actioned. Email bounced.
