My experience wasn't the best. The part was delayed twice finally received the part according to my instructions clear the fault codes disconnect the battery wait a half an hour hook the battery back up and enjoy your car or truck nothing about getting a key code for the new computer I have a locksmith lined up to go to keys $180 for two keys I still would have bought the computer but nothing I seen or red said anything about it that's it
I thought from you before for a PT Cruiser is that the car still running fine so I'm here to try again thank you guys
I spoke with no one and got no emails informing the status of my unit no my notification when shipped and had my order. Was actually starting to think it was a scam. Wish they had kept me informed of everything as the computer was getting programmed. Also thought I was supposed to to ship mine back but didn't receive a shipping label.
"I recently used an online car computer exchange service, and the process was very straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to order the replacement computer quickly. The shipping was fast, and the new part worked perfectly once installed. Everything was handled online, so there was no need for phone calls or in-person visits. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend for anyone needing a car computer replacement!"
Service was good, took a longer than expected to received. However, it was shipped and arrived on dates promised.
It was a good experience It started right up with no problem will recommend other people to this company
I had a great experience with you all, and fast shipping. My mechanic hasn't got the old off yet I will ship as soon as possible.
Very quick transaction. Fast shipping. Great place to buy parts. The mechanic hasn't got it fixed yet. I will ship the old one back as soon as possible.
The replacement ECM worked great... it is truly plug and play.
Only reason they didn't get the 5th star was the time from order to shipping center seemed slow, once it was shipped it arrived a day early (next day). Placed order on a Monday around 11 am on a Monday and item wasn't shipped until the following Monday.
Their process is very straightforward and easy to follow. When multiple units may be available they ensure you get the number off the original along with your VIN. I followed their easy to follow step by step instructions and my Liberty started up and purred. However on my second test drive a similar misfire condition started. In my original Liberty PCM it was a cylinder #4 misfire and ionization problem, the replacement has the same problem except it indicates the #2 cylinder. I sent the replacement back for them to analyze and am waiting for a replacement.
Just ordered the part online and 3 days later it showed up. Didn't have to call anyone and give them a bunch of part numbers the Vin #s. I don't have time for all that. Thanks for having a website that works. I sent the old one back the same day. Thanks
Quick and easy, we'll plug it in when it gets here, no screwing around with programming or PATS, and customer will be on their way! Then we send our old fubar module back to them then.
They have quality and speed, they met my expectations. The best thing is that they offer a warranty, my vehicle is working perfectly.
Once the shipment left their warehouse, they requested a response via email if the package had delivered yet since the tracking due date was getting close. My unit was received in one piece and package was bubble wrapped well inside the box. A shipping label was provided inside the box for me to ship my old unit back to them in order to obtain my warranty. Very simple process all together.
I can't give a review on the product as it did not work. This is not a plug and play. All things were checked off the checklist. My vehicle is now at the shop.
I followed the instructions and connected the new module, It started without any problems! Before this, my car wouldn't start, and the scanner didn't detect any communication with the PCM.
Had issues with the horn going off while driving and parked for work it would just go off and stay on till ignition was turned on. Panic alarm would activate and not shut off! Returned to me supposably fixed reinstalled and still have the same issue. Sent back only to be told it was working on their end when testing it but it is unrepairable. Sent back to me. Picked one up from junk yard and it works great. I'm confused about the fact that it works for them but is unrepairable!

I was very pleased with how easy it was to determine he correct part & place the order.
Took package to dealership for install, to have dealership call next day and tell me that it wouldn't even let the engine turn over. Disappointed as the ad told me they was plug and play.
They help me along the ordering process with enougth information so I get the right parts.
It was a plug and play works great easy install Jeep runs great I will be telling my friends about your product
Quick service. I wish they would have told me they needed the numbers off the old PCM before I started the order process. It all worked out and I got my order placed, just would have been easier if I had known everything they wanted before I started the order. Communication was great. Thank You.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
