The only thing is that I kept receiving emails that asking if I still wanted to complete my order and I had already done so and the charge had cleared my bank account. Made be doubt if I had purchased from a scam until I called to check on the order.

I am so bad a remembering names, but the young man that helped with ordering my new PCM was OUTSTANDING. I JUST installed the PCM last night (4-19-24), followed ALL instructions (simple to understand, by the way). Started my truck and every thing worked fine. Then this morning I went to use it and errors came up: "Check Engine" "Check Gauges" "Service 4WD"! Battery volt indicator was pegged to bottom, dome light, head lights, remote entry didn't work (initial reason for PCM). Battery was purchased NEW March 24th, from COSTCO, Interstate Batteries is the brand. Exact fitment too! Now I checked (before install of PCM) all fittings and connections just like instructed so I don't know. The core PCM is packaged up and will be shipped via FedEX (your return instructions) first thing in the morning.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
