Received part in about a week and a half, however was unaware that there would be 7 day turnaround to send old part back.
Was on phone, gave all info.
Received email with an error. Almost afraid to buy from here now. Trusting God
The only thing I recommend is that you indicate in the offer to send: the vim and the computer number that appears on the back because they only ask for the vim in the advertising. Everything excellent
They done what they said they would do, which is a rarity these days will use them again in the future
Easy to order and came in a very timely manner. Pugged it in and worked exactly the way it should. Thanks for the help
Did all the checks that I needed to and found that the computer was bad that I had. Ordered the new computer and followed the installation instructions completely. When I first got the computer it had eight codes on it, but I followed the startup procedure on it and those went last time I checked the codes they were all cleared. No codes remain on the vehicle. My old computer they would still be there. Customer service was great! I would definitely order anothercomputer through Computer Xchange.

I spoke with Brittany on two occasions, and she was very polite over the phone. She had a bubbly attitude and answered all my concerns. Came across as someone who cares about their product and customer service. That's getting unfortunately a rare experience. I will not forget Brittany, and any future purchases, I will ask for her. One of a kind!
The exchange unit came quickly, installed easily and functioned as expected.
Arrived on time. Works great. Still need to send out the old one
So far wasn't a bad experience i just no longer needed the part hoping for a refund part was sent back
The Computer wasn't programmed to my Vin number. I had to pay another Company to program it that was $190. When I call the company it goes to voicemail had one person hang up on me so now your company sucks.
My Jeep quit charging so I replaced the alternator, after some research I figured out the voltage regulator is in the PCM I sent it off to Car Computer Exchange for repair and had it back in seven days. I installed it and everything is working perfectly. I've only driven about 20 miles on it so I will update later but so far I am extremely happy with their service! I'd also like to mention that the repair was 1/4 of the cost of a new PCM.
The process for the computer exchange very easy and accurate.
Good price fast service worked as it should comes with lifetime warranty
I ordered a computer on a Friday and received it about a week later. So far, everything is good with it and my customer is happy with how her vehicle is runnig
Very easy transaction and a quick response when I needed help via email. Thanks so much!
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
