Great experience, the company provided me with everything I needed.
The telephone call for ordering the ECM was so easy. The one who answered my call was polite and informative. They had the part needed and told me what information they needed to have it properly work. They communicated by text to me to get the part # i had to retrieve from my mechanic. I texted a picture of it. They programmed it and it was sent to my auto mechanic very timely. Than you!

Was supposed to receive a computer for my Jeep programmed to my Jeep when I got it and put it in the throttle pedal was not programmed to the computer and I had to ship it back to get them to fix it this is sent me back another 7 to 10 days from work
Super easy swap. Gave it a lengthy test drive and no issues. Shifting, overall performance restored. No more sluggish, erratic shifting.
PCM came and was not preprogrammed.
I took it to my mechanic and they said I had to go to the dealership to have the PCM reprogrammed. Cost when all is said and done = $862.
All the paperwork that came with the PCM was VERY threatening and hammered home the point that I should not bother contacting them for a refund, so I didn't. I would never refer anyone to you guys again.
Terrible experience!
Kind of slow delivery. Everything else was fine. Haven't installed... hopefully I'll work.
Great got pcm followed instructions worked 1st time so good

I still can't get my vehicle to start because of this. When I placed my order with the lady, she said that yes, she can send the computer that it is deactivated.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
