I'd be curious on returns if anyone ever has one that isn't "unrepairable" according to their return policy, seems very fishy and no explanation of WHY return was unrepairable just got back amount of refund that signifies that unit was "unrepairable". Very hard to contact anyone that could answer any questions and after they received returned PCM it still took over a month and a half to get a refund issued, guess I should just be glad to receive anything.
Experience with car computer exchange was great will recommend to anyone
This refurbished cpu came programed to my car. I delivered it to the dealership where it was installed within an hour. Now my my 2003 Durango runs like new.
Somewhat reserved. I realize that many folks are lax in returning things and are quick to return stuff not to say that they don't follow procedures when installing. But on the other hand, anyway in my area, I can go to my local parts store and get a computer without the circus. If something is wrong with it I can return it without a hassle. I somehow get the vibes that if this computer fails I would have to jump through hoops to return it. But, for all I know it could be superior to other exchanges. Can't say anything negative about the product. It works. Only driven maybe 20 miles. Time will tell.
The computer didn't fix the problem, and CCE is bending over backwards to help me find and solve the issue(s) with my vehicle.
Great service and turnaround time was quick and flawless, no issues
Shipment was delayed by a week and customer service line is hard to reach an agent. Most times receiving a voice recording to contact by email.
I received the PCM in a timely manner, i took it to the dealership were they have installed, they found another problem so i cant give you a review on the PCM yet
Pretty well a seamless order. Proof will be after tomorrow's installation.
I ordered a computer for my mustang paid 774 dollars just to find out they didn't even have a computer to sell.after almost a month still no computer.I asked for a refund 14 days ago and still no refund I wouldn't buy anything from these Clowns
Service is not completed, waiting to receive my computer back to reinstall it in my car. Only at the halfway point at the moment. So far customer service representatives have been very helpful and professional.
The customer service was excellent. Talked to Brittney. She was a big help. Very good at her job.
The process was simple and seamless Quick and easy. The directions were informative and easy to understand. I received the computer within a week. I was kept informed when the part was shipped and given a tracking number to track the shipment. When the computer arrived it was plug and go. The vehicle is running great with no problems. Very happy customer.
The part i received was not plug and play. Returned part a month ago. Still fighting for refund this a very shady company No tech support will not answer phone they will hang up on you
Received ECM within a week. Customer service was very helpful, and was not an automated system. The shipping was easy and instructions were good.
Something is loose in the PCM. It runs perfectly until the car hits a bump - engine then dies and no "check engine" light. I can simulate the problem by taping the PCM while vehicle is idling. Mechanic checked all wiring going to the PCM before and after PCM installed.
I will need to exchange the PCM
Will update these comments based on exchange outcome.
Got my computer and it works great. Took five business days to complete Monday throught friday, week days, to complete and test your ecm. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with them. At first I was nervous because all the negative comment people put out. But everything worked out good.
Quick shipping and part was plug and pkay as advertised. Replaced bad part and vehicle started and ran flawlessly, simply follow the provided instructions.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
