It was overall a satisfactory experience. There was some confusion about the order being R&R because I didn't see clearly that there was no stock on hand, so that delayed the process a bit, but other than that, everything was a.o.k.
I needed a new computer for my 05 PT Cruiser GT convertible with a high-output turbo 2.4L. They had the correct unit, matched it to my vehicle VIN, I installed it in about twenty minutes, hooked it up and waited for approximately 15 minutes for the computer to energize, then started my car, everything works as ut should, my engine runs smoothly even in gear with the AC on. I'm a very happy person!
Brittany was amazing. Assisted me over the phone and delivered as promised. 10 out of 10
Everything was ok. I was expecting a few days not, weeks but it's all good. Next time, I'll anticipate a few weeks when ordering. However, everything works great.
Computer was purchased, programmed, and sent out to me within a week
That was easy. Dealer wanted $1200 to include 4 hours of labor. Installed it in 40 mins. That includes the 30 mins waiting after unplugging the battery
Got my PCM in the mail, well protected with bubble wrap in the box. Put it in place, and everything is online and working great! Key and Skim working great - true plug & play. Had an issue with both O2 sensors reading undervoltage, and intermittent no read on the oil sensor. With the new PCM there are no codes, no engine light, and it passed inspection - no problem.
Thanks Car Computer Exchange,
Thumbs Up!
Sincerely,
Mark Ekstrom

I ordered what I thought was the right computer module for my car, but when I received it, it was the wrong one. I contacted computer exchange & they requested a photo of the part I needed so I sent it to them & now am awaiting reception of the correct part!

The process was very simple. PCM arrived on time, and it fixed my problem.

They delivered exactly the PCM that I ordered and it fixed all my issues. Thank you!
Very nice not having to send unit for rebuild, Very time saving!
Rebuilt unit arrived before expected, due to 2day shipping, communication and service superior to competitors 5STARS
It ran great for 2 minutes then started skipping on 654 side of coil not sure why
I received the part within two weeks. The warranty is awesome and has a easy way to return old part. The price for the part was great. After checking around they were the best price, preprogrammed and came with the warranty with most others didn't have. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to everyone.
Replacement computer workred fine right out of the box. Easy to use system. Don't like not knowing what the "addtional" charges could be. Never was notified that my package was shipped.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
