I'm pleased with my new computer for my van. I like the fact that it's a plug and go and I don't have to go to the dealership to have it flashed.
I ordered my computer and it arrived within the week. The instructions for installation were clear enough for a layperson to follow and the warnings were especially helpful. My car started right up and for a price you can't beat
Was a bit confusing as to the exchange portion of the agreement and received several emails that did
Not make sense but we did receive the car computer. We have not had time to install it yet to test it out.
Installed pcm. Car starts and runs fine, but now have a/c and rear window defrost issues. Apparently common after pcm change. Also did not receive a return label to send back the old core. Asked to send one, but have not received yet

The order was fine, but the part does not match and then it was stolen.
I have not yet installed my PCM but I am writing this review anyway. (It is due to be installed on Wednesday) My experience with Car Computer Exchange has been awesome. I made a mistake on the ship to address which they quickly fixed in one phone call. They provided me updates on my order, and you can't beat the price. I am looking forward to getting this PCM in my care and on my way.
Computer exchange has already been sent to you. You saved us a ton of money since the transmission shop wanted to charge me $2,000.00 for a computer. Glad I found honesty working with your company!
Thanks

Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
