Order process was smooth, but it took a couple days more than expected to receive the computer. Probably because it was 6 business days before it was shipped out. Thank You
Fast delivery, well packaged, clear instructions for startup
The results were perfect and very prompt. Everything worked as expected.
Very helpful sales staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Skip this site and find another - or go out of your way to look for "the fine print". I still cant find it online. When you receive your computer, you have very limited time to install it or you forfeit your refund for your core. And it comes with a list of required steps that you need a full shop and set of electronics and analyzers to perform - so it it "NOT so easy a 7 year old can do it." And if your computer does not work - you don't get a full refund - just a refund minus a programming-fee. If you talk to anyone over the phone, they aren't terribly excited to have the opportunity to make something "better". The website "marketing" seems very appealing - but the actual experience to try and be a consumer feels very much like they were just hoping to take your money and send you junk, hoping you would eat the whole cost - but knowing they were going to keep their "programming fee" percentage (for doing nothing - we could not find our VIN# in 2 of these computers and neither of them would clear-codes or start the vehicle) no matter what. Bait and switch going on here, and your going to be injured unless you can fix and reprogram the computer yourself.
Order pcm computer. On Friday received it the next Thursday up and running Sunday happy to be on the road again thank you car computer exchange
Everyone i spoke to was very helpful! Knowledgeable in walking me through the process of ordering
I have not installed it into the truck yet. That will happen this Friday and I will make an update on it. I really never worry about the shipping. I worry more about making sure that the product is working like it is supposed to so we will see.
Great customer service, Gavin helped me out from day 1 when I called to ask questions. He saved my info for when I was ready to buy and it went very simple. It took a while to get here, but that is on the postal service and not the company. It was packaged very well and came with a return shipping label so that my bad TCM module could be returned and no core charge. I highly recommend these guys and gals, they did a wonderful job.
Very easy. Followed instructions. Plugged it in and it worked. Sent the old unit back in prepaid label. Wholla!
Great job plugged into the truck and fired up and runs better than it was since I had it
Would order again with no reservations!
P C M works better than new!
Order was filled and received in a timely manner and worked as expected.
Very fast delivery, and Great product. Everything is working perfectly on my Vehicle.
Seriously, have no clue of your service when I just ordered or have not received product. This should wait till I have a chance to try product out
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
