Do not buy from this company. They have the absolute worst customer service. I bought a computer that was the wrong part and needed to send back. They received the part on January 11 2024. The refund was "processed" on the 11th of January. I called to inquire about the status on the 15th. Was informed they had a 10 business day processing period. Waited until the 10th day. We still did not receive anything. When I called back i was informed to email their billing dept. The billing dept said " Thank you for your email. I do apologize about the delay. I will resubmit your account for a refund. Please give it a few more days." That was on January 25th. I have since emailed them January 31st, and February 2nd. We called on February 2nd as well. They said to "wait for the email regarding this matter." We called again on this matter on February 5 2024 and was told that " Youll have to email them." When asked when will I get a response their answer was "As soon as they get to you." Additionally when asked the information to send correspondence to they said "Its on the website. Just look there."
This is currently February 5 2024 at 1255 EST. We have yet to hear anything from this company. We have given them several chances to make the situation correct. They fail to do so or even let us know what is going on. They effectively (assuming due to the lack of response) have stolen our money and refuse to give any explanation as to where the money is or what the status is. They currently owe $218.95.
I will remove this review when they have corrected the issue. Until then, let this be a warning to any buyer that is thinking about doing business with this company.

I spoke with a woman named Brittany when I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy one or not. She informed me that if I purchased it and turns out it was not the problem I could return it for refund that alone made me decide this was the company I wanted to do business with. I got my PCM very quickly I disconnected the battery to my Jeep took out old PCM put new one in reconnected battery my Jeep started up all my problems were fixed it runs like its brand new. I am very very happy

Ordered pcm did not work waited on a refund never got it
Been dealing with car computer exchange since late october,after them sending 3 different ecm for my vehicle they all looked like they where pulled from yunk yard parts none of them worked like they said it would. After returning their bad parts back and requested a refund they are now refusing to talk to me about it they have not returned my email back to me regarding my refund they kep telling me to get ahold of billing department but nobody answered the phone for the department,,they do answer for new orders,,of course they answer to take your money but when it come to giving money back they do not want to talk to you nor do they want to help you out keep telling me they are not in billing department and they hang up on me telling me they cant help me with my refund,,after dealing with them for over 3 months they are all the same people working in that scam and for them to say they are not in billing department is a joke,, do not recommend using this place for your ecm repairs it a scam,,,,as of right now still have no answers to where my refund is,,they do the talk over the phone but they dont walk when it come to it,,hope this help you out,,do not use this company for your repairs its a scamm all the way...

So far so good, I've checked plug wires. Changed spark plugs. Waiting on a air/fuel module to get here later today. Have to check the cam and crank sent. Charging system is good, but will check it again. I'll have my old PCM in the mail Wednesday morning. That gives me a little time to check things.

Program is off a bit. It pull my engine into the correct timing and no misfires. But Check engine light comes on for code P2017 and I don't have an Intake Manifold runner control sensor on my engine. My old computer didn't show this as a problem before I replaced it. I think the programming is wrong. I know 3.5 engine have it but there isn't one on my 2.7 liter engine.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
