Like others have stated, slick catalog with nice looking products that don't deliver. Generally I'd say their products are maybe slightly above Old Navy quality, at triple the cost, especially the button-down shirts. The pullover was pretty nice. Jeans were crap. On a positive note, the clothes are actually true to size, but I won't be ordering from them again.

Bad customer service

This company does not give price adjustments for items put on sale like other stores do. The customer service department is an email system, you will never speak to a real person to solve problems. I'll stick with Nordstrom

Now I know why their website doesn't offer reviews from customers... Because they would be TERRIBLE! Finally ordered two sweaters and a shirt after receiving their sexy catalog for a few years. The Waterman sweater looks nothing like the color in the catalog, more of a dull gray than the rich blue shown. And it's incredibly heavy given that it's 100% cotton. Not to mention the fit is bizarre. The Deep Dive shirt is so poorly made I'm not sure it'll last through one wash. It's all being returned - I'll be more than happy to pay the $7.95 return shipping charge.
I love how they say "imported" on all their products - this junk is made in CHINA, not Italy!
Shipping is ridiculous. Fortunately I had the wherewithal to call and get it waved on my $287 order.
Do NOT waste your time with this shoddy company. For these prices, you can get Peter Millar or similar at Nordstrom.

Waste of Money
October 19, 2019

Purchased several shirts, one was not color fast, ruined some of my pants and the quality is poor. Everything was overpriced as well. When I called to complain they gave me a we don't care attitude... good companies like LL Bean will always refund or replace. I also asked to be taken off their mailing list but of course I still get the brochure, they just wont listed, don't bother spending any money on these rags they sell

I love Carbon 2 Cobalt! Almost everything in my closet has been purchased from them. Their sweaters last forever, and I receive compliments on their shirts and tees every time I wear them. The customer service is friendly, helpful, and responds quickly if a return needs to be processed. Very high quality, stylish clothing! My favorite company for causal clothing!

Received an 8 M leather loafer which is beautifully made, but it appears to be gently worn, or perhaps tried by several other people. The heels are stretched and slipped so they won't stay on my feet. The box has several fingerprints on it, along with a spill mark on the top. The paper inside is crumpled and old. The item had been listed as back-ordered till Sept on my online order, but arrived 8/28. Disappointed because the shoes are beautiful in the catalog.

I had bought both shirts and pants from this company and was quite excited when these initially arrived only to be quickly plagued by frayed fabric, poorly threaded buttons and truly the lowest quality clothing I have ever bought. My dad was in women's retail so I grew up with an appreciation for fabrics; I had bought clothing for my wife as well and her experience was every bit as disappointing as my own. Would not waste your money on such rubbish. This was 2 years ago and we've learned the hard way and don't have proof of purchase at this point

Poor Quality
June 23, 2021

I ordered 5 men's t-shirts and the quality was poor. One shirt wasn't stitched completely on the shoulder seam and now I have to wait for a return label and mail the shirt back for either a replacement or refund. The fabric is very thin and doesn't lay well - seems rather large in the shoulders and short in length. Will not order from this company again. (Care instructions state to wash in cold water, tumble dry normal, then the next line states "no heat").

I have purchased or been gifted at least 7 shirts, 1 pair of shoes and one briefcase from C2C. I exchanged the briefcase for a different one and exchanged one or more shirts for diff sizes, all without issues. The clothing is expensive, but you will not find another person wearing the same item. Occasionally the sizes will be inconsistent (I just received two shirts (size L) that were much larger than expected... and compared to other L's I own), and the shoes look great but are not very comfortable. As others have stated, if you dont like it, return it, but overall, my go-to for cool clothing, especially during sales.

Not worth it

They have an amazing photographer for their catalogue but the clothes are of cheap quality. They say imported and yep it's from China. Definitely not worth the cost. I am so disappointed from a company in Oxnard/Santa Barbara Calif. I expected real high end clothes at 90 bucks a shirt!

My husband loves the catalog and the clothes look so awesome. He has purchased expensive shoes here and loved them so thought to get a henley and flannel. Almost $200 and they were weirdly shaped and boxy. Fit him like he was a child wearing his dads coat. And to top it off, you have to pay to return shipping. Ludicris. Will never ever again order from this company.

Red Flag

Hello?... What are the lengths of these shirts, sweaters, etc? These cool styles need to be seen on a body, or at least a mannequin. One photo of an item does not give me enough information to evaluate it as a potential purchase. The fit is questionable without these details. Also, there are also no online reviews for the products, which I depend on before ordering. I'm so grateful for these Sitejabber reviews and will not be ordering. A beautiful, complete catalog without a well-developed online store sends up a Red Flag for me, which is confirmed by the majority of reviews I've seen. If the design team could get more support from the production, marketing, and customer service side of this line, these styles might be a very cool addition to my closet.

I really wanted to like this company however after purchasing one wallet at a fairly high price —The zipper started to come undone. It becomes clear that it wasn't sound properly and I have not been able to make contact with the company. I will not be buying from them anymore as much as I would like to because things look appealing but the quality is just too unpredictable.

Looks good- thin material,
Lots of options- never same sizing,
Sometimes the medium is really a size small- and the large is an x- large,
Free shipping- takes forever,
Free exchange- bad customer service,
Cool style- way too pricey,
All in all in my opinion, if they hired someone in quality control to fix the sizing issue and selected material for longevity, and cut the price in half... it would be worth the money, but there's other places to shop too. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Outrageous shipping fees
September 12, 2020

I had nearly $400 worth of items in my basket, ready to click and buy, when I noticed the extortionate shipping fee of nearly $40. There's no way I'm paying 10% for shipping--there's no way I'll order from this catalog until they offer free shipping--at least like many companies free shipping for orders over $100.

The problems that I have had with this company are too lengthy to mention... seriously, I'd need 1500 words to fully explain the lack of professionalism regarding their customer service... and don't ask to speak to a supervisor... you, as a dissatisfied customer, are not permitted to speak to them... they are too busy.

I've given them numerous changes to improve and they either can't... or won't. I should have looked more closely at the reviews of this company... Literally every negative experience listed by the other unhappy customers, I have personal experience with and then some.

My best advice... SKIP THIS COMPANY

Nice merch within a certain genre. But try exchanging or returning. It takes weeks and weeks and there is no paper trail... no real customer service at all. This feels like a one man operation... it is impossible to track if you got or are getting a refund until it actually processes which is unduly long wait. Customers in 2022 are used to better. Good luck to these guys.

Love the clothes

Hi all, I've noticed that C2C gets a lot of bad reviews. I am leaving mine, as I was surprised at how few stars they get. Just from my own and my husband's perspective, we have love the items we bought from C2C. Everything has been very nice quality, soft, and well made. We just bought several things at Christmas and have enjoyed them all. My only complaint is that I once had a C2C customer service person, who was a bit impatient and rude, but maybe he had a bad day. Otherwise, all our experiences have been great and the quality of the clothing is really nice!
