So far, I've ordered two sweaters and two shirts. I returned/exchanged one shirt because it was darker than I was expecting. I called and they shipped the new shirt and didn't charge shipping. I've had compliments from people about a sweater and a shirt out of the blue. I didn't mention they were new.
It is pricey, but so far, I love their stuff
Ordered shirts first week of December - eventually had to go thru customer service just to do that. No shirts have arrived, regular operators say they can't help me, I need to go thru customer service - that number is not taking calls at this time... terrible service absolutely the worst. Stay away!
Their catalog looks high-end, but the ordered items look like something purchased at Walmart (maybe even W carries nicer stuff). What's more, I have yet to see my money back after returning the item (they don't come with tags, so who knows if they have been used) a month ago. Not only does it take about 1/2 hr to reach them, but customer service representatives also evade questions and do nothing about your complaints. I will be reporting them to BBB.
My Husband and I both ordered Christmas gifts from them. Both of us had stuff that would ship on December 3rd. Neither one of our orders shipped. We both called to speak with someone and on hold for 45 minutes without resolving the issues. Tried chatting no response after 15 minutes of waiting! Very pour customer service! The worst experience ever! Will not ever order again!
I have ordered from C2C numerous times over the past 10 years, but not for the last 2 or 3. Almost everything they sell is made in China. Why would I want to enrich China? Maybe to help enable China to build more military islands to threaten world peace, or perhaps to give them more money to purchase farmland in the USA near our military installations?
IMO Americans should wake up and only buy Chinese goods when absolutely necessary. C2C sells nothing that is essential. There are alternatives.

Horrible Horrible Horrible
I recently received a catalogue from this company and liked the style of many of the clothing items. Although a bit pricey the look and quality seemed to be worth a try. I ordered a few items and was very pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. Most of the range seem to suit colder climates which is ideal for me here in Maine. Had many compliments and would 100% recommend this store to others.
Needless to say, returned all 4 cheaply-made shirts that looked wayy less glamorous than the color-saturated photos represented. I was so disillusioned, that my first purchase became my absolute last. And the exciting "free shipping-on us!" email headers are an insult once you open the email (free shipping with $100 purchase).
You can't help but love the style of the clothing but I'm not sure the quality is worth the heavy price tag. Worse of all, their customer service is the worst. This order (and last) I got 4 mens shirts half fit nicely and the other two were much too large. He always wears a large. The rep told me she could give me a one time "curtosy" wave on the shipping. Then I called again to see if they were mailing back a smaller size and she said they were out. I checked online and that was not the case. They want to get you off the phone as quick as possible. Back to Banana Republic!
This company has produced an outstanding promotional magazine and website. Both illustrate a high quality product that, unfortunately, gives a potential customer a. Misleading impression. Coupled with a very high price, the overall impression is product of high-end, unique manufacturing. Not so. At all. My two items list at $99 each. Many other companies offer the same quality at a third the price. I am very disappointed with C2C, but I grudgingly compliment them for advertising that hooked this naive fish into thinking this company was much more than it's less-than-mediocre self.
Am very happy I stumbled upon Carbon2Cobalt. I was looking to revamp my wardrobe with something new and they have not disappointed. Quality, unique, comfortable clothing. I get a lot of compliments on their shirts and it helps me stand out among the mundane. Best fitting shirts I have ever owned. Highly recommend their clothing line. Customer service, shipping and attention to detail is superb.
Quality and styles are great! I am always confident in giving gifts from Carbob2Cobalt to my family and close friends and buying for myself. I've been a regular customer for years and never been disappointed. Service was excellent the one time I used it and have no complaints other than delivery times are not the speed of Amazon's. Love this place!
Bought a hundred dollar pair of jeans and wore them three times and the buttons for the button fly broke. Contacted customer service and they don't return my call. No longer shopping there and I purchased lots of items from them.
FYI…This site and several other customer review sites make money by having the reviewed company pay to have negative reviews removed. With that said,, Carbon2cobal has high quality apparel. My wife bought me a sweater from this site that I like a lot but it's too big. My grievance is having to pay a shipping fee of $8.95 even to exchange for a smaller size.
You have to hand it to them, they know how to market and their pics can turn crap quality clothes into something that looks very high class. Its not false advertising, that is the shirt your getting its just a really REALLY good picture of the walmart quality shirt your getting. Kind of genius marketing
You better make sure you like the product that you're ordering, or else you will see your refund A lot later than when they took the money out of your bank. And that's if you ever see a refund. Me, I'm still waiting for a refund that I sent the Product back a month ago. I was dumb enough to buy another product the same thing but in a bigger size had to take it back because I didn't like the fit and now I'm still waiting for that refund as well. In essence they're holding almost $200 of my money, when it should be in my bank account
I ordered some product from carbon2cobalt and was happy with quality but customer service is a whole different matter. Prices were not cheap but their customer service runs as a separate business. Beware you can pay for 2 day shipping for in stock items and it goes like this, order taken, several days to get to warehouse, then ships from fulfillment so 2 days more like 7-10 days. Returns even worse to exchange for in stock size changes that takes 4-5 weeks. Poor service like this comes from the top down and a change should be made to correct this. I owned a business for 45 years and if we operated like this we would be out of business. It's a shame.
I've tried this company twice, both times unsatisfied. I'm done with them.
First order was a men's sweater. Looked great in catalog, not so much in real life and not comfortable. Returned it and ate the $7.95 return fee.
Second order was the Firefly bracelet. Arrived damaged and unwearable. Called customer service to return and they tell me the $7.95 return fee may be waived if I return with original invoice and they agree it was damaged. Not holding my breath.

Attempted to order 4 different items, as well as compare them to each other. Tried to assemble them onto one screen, leaving one while comparing another. While doing so, an item would disappear. Then when I finally decided... they ALL were gone! I gave up and went to bed! I am doing this(review), before trying again.It's my 2nd day and attempt. LAST CHANCE!
I've spent a lot of money with this company on high priced items. They recently gave me a coupon code, but then backtracked and wouldn't let me use it. What a terrible customer experience. I will NEVER spend money with them again.
