From Canada, I ordered 4 large ciao bella mugs, all of which arrived in perfect condition the day before expected delivery. The mugs were carefully packaged, each individually. I had to pay no extra charges such as border tax.
I love everything! Everything is to good and pretty and it dose not cost a lot of money! It is the best!
Ordered a shirt, which took longer to arrive than they'd promised, and half of the graphic was missing. The eog has no ear or nose. They were full of excuses--Not one apology for lack of quality, ruining my gift, inconveniencing me by making me quickly shop for another gift due to their failure. Nope--nothing. But they did agree to send me another shirt. Well, they showed me who was boss. This replacement shirt was even worse. I could not even take a picture of the second one because there was virtually no ink on the shirt to take a picture of.
Got a box with design and word Counselor on it, R was cutoff and told their support team. They immediately gave me full refund with no return req'd! Stuck with it because it's a Christmas present, they were also late delivering. But refunded shipping too!
Very nice and easy to work with!
Order an item Oct. 31,2020, but did not receive item until Dec. 15/2020. After many emails-no help.
Order a Christmas ornament for a gift. It is tiny And cost not worth what we received. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering... Took a long time to arrive and now scrambling to find a different gift since this was so poorly done and small.
I put in a large order of many different photos, for extended X-mas gifts. They cancelled my order (all of it) because one of the photos was not up to their standards. I tried to have them finish the remaining many products and just cancel one photo in question, and I got stone-walled by a human being in the chat room. Went to another company and had no problems.
Excellent product, beautifully printed, this is the 2nd fleece I have from them and I'm well pleased. Thankyou.

This used to be my favorite store for on-line shopping. It is now THE worst store online. I don't know what happened, but service has changed dramatically. They are always either slow in delivering or the items don't arrive at all. The worst part though? Getting through and communicating with their customer reps! This is an ordeal! They are quickly catching up to amazon.com is poor customer relations. That is not a comparison that any business wants, believe me. It is very safe to say that I am done with them for good.
The prices are quite affordable and the structure of the environment of the web is great. I was more than pleased with my purchase and your service!
Canadian website, direct to US site along the way and you are charged in US dollars, totally deceitful,
Coffee mugs ordered arrived 25% broken... Lesson learned,
A friend of mine who lives in Canada purchased a gift from Cafe Press for my birthday and had it shipped to me in the greatest country on earth - the USA. The item was promptly delivered in perfect condition. My friend was a bit off on the size so I inquired about an exchange with customer support. The service was outstanding. They quickly made everything right at no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about this online purchase experience!
I have been a customer of CafePress since the company first began. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars over those years; and was always immensely pleased with prices, products, and customer service. In the last couple of years I noticed an increase in prices( At first I thought. OK?), but later, the products I ordered were of flimsy quality and the customer service policies had completely changed. After doing a little research on my own, as well as contacting a few friends who are Executives in this industry, I sadly found out that this company has been sold. It used to have PROMPT SERVICE, TOP NOTCH SERVICE, HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS/ PRINTING, etc. It is not my suggestion not to buy from them. All I'm saying is it is NOT the same outstanding company it was from 1999 until it was sold. It was acquired by SNAPFISH for $25million. The company logo remained the same. Yes, they have cute, unique designs. But now, many prices are outrageous. Just be aware is all I'm saying.
I had a bad experience with some masks I ordered which were very small and didn't cover my nose and mouth. There is no way to leave a product review on the cafepress website to warn other potential buyers. And their customer service is terrible. I closed my account.
Print anything for a buck as long as it's 'politically' correct. If it's vulgar, distasteful, or rude, that's ok.
$50 for a T-shirt is ridiculous, but whatever, it's a shirt that I really like, and I haven't even got it yet, it's been like 3 weeks. I $#*!ing paid for better shipping though, so that's why it's such bull$#*!. Save your money and go somewhere else, there is no reason to use CafePress, like you can have a shirt custom made for less and you might get it on time.
Picture attached is the shirt, which is currently still no shirt.
This company is such a scam. They sell the merchandise you design behind your back.
I'm a designer and used them to sell my designs on tees and other merchandise. After several years of using them, I closed my account because i was getting just 10% or less on my merchandise. A couple of years later i noticed that my designs were still coming up on google searches and that my store was still open! And selling! So i searched and searched again to close my store and thought i did. But then again my merchandise was still showing up. The reports showed they sold over $2000 worth of my merchandise but i wasn't getting any money. So i went back (customer services is a nightmare) to try to get my money but i also didn't want them selling my merchandise. After i was able to contact someone, and getting the run around in the process, I decided to make another attempt at closing my store. Boy was that a mistake! Now they tell me that since closed my account i forfeited any money coming to me. After much back and forth they agreed to forward my money to me after of course keeping a small amount for some administrative issue. Two months later i received $13.91. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!
I like this company & had no problems with anything! Not customer service, shipping, or quality! I recommend them, and WILL use them again!
Answer: I believe the company did a great job on growth and promoting the "little guy" and November 2013 they changed policies, changed production, changed items and product quality and reduced shop owners commissions on their way to becoming greedy. They made the company a public traded entity on the stock market and was out for themselves. They got rich, the stocks fell, the products became of poor quality, and August of 2014 the president, CEO bailed out and left. To regroup they have tried to add companies like Marvel Comics, Snoopy and other big names to keep the losses from poring in, instead of supervising quality and buying a better quality product. If you want to see their spread sheet of losses, and their news headlines since please feel free.
