Ordered a hoodie with an Edsel logo as a Christmas gift. The first one sent was lost in the mail, so we contacted them and they sent the replacement so that was nice, or so we thought. But when it showed up it was wrong. They did not size the logo correctly for the hoodie so it cut the top and bottom off when printed. My husband chatted them and first they kept closing out the chats. He finally got to someone to explain and they agreed to refund at first, and we were happy. Then came back and said they couldn't since they sent the replacement. We again explained that the replacement was wrong and the first had been lost. They closed the chat and would not talk to us again. The site says they have a satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days, but apparently they do not honor that. So I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company to get the funds back. Will never buy from this company again!
I ordered because it had a delivery date of 9th December, it is now the 22nd and I still don't have my items.

Avoid if at all possible. Really liked this samoyed cap from Cafepress for its cute design. Although not sure if the designer has any affiliation with CafePress directly in printing the product - customer service was not able to help me get in touch with the designer. The product I received was misleading and didn't 100% match the image online. I contacted customer service inquiring if it is worth reordering or if it will just come out the same as the one I received or if the one I received has a misprint because of the color option I chose or if it's completely defective. I provided the rep with images as well. Not only was the rep very unfriendly and not helpful at all but asked over and over where I saw the difference between the product I received and the image online when to me, the images I provided are super apparent. I expressed I do see the "brown shadows" but what appears on the site does not match the actual product where the shades of brown are definitely darker and the white looks already faded. The rep completely disregarded my dissatisfaction and repeatedly said that is just the way it was printed. The rep offered me a refund for the product only and not the shipping costs. I would steer clear of CafePress based on this experience - and simply because the products advertised do not match the actual product. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is also bull.
I bought some "Team Buffy" pants for my daughter but they look like the cheapest materials have been thrown together by a child. So poorly made I would be embarrassed to give them. I'm shocked and feel totally ripped off! They cost £22 incl postage but they would be over priced if they were free.
I bought a mug for my father and a magnet for myself. I only received the mug as they shipped separately. The lettering on parts of the mug is blurry. The only way to request a refund is to call a number. Don't bother, the support is pretty much non-existent. And if the post office loses your package, there is no way to request a refund or new product.

The two stars are only for the support team that replies fast when there is a problem. However, I have ordered two times this year from their e-shop and neither of my orders arrived.
We are a marketing company and spent hours designing custom shirts, buttons and coffee mugs. For a week we tried to reach out for help because their cart wouldn't check out. We called our bank and their was no reason, we even used multiple cards. When we finally got a cust svc rep, she said her name was LEO- she said she had no idea why it would go through and said she couldn't help. We asked simply questions and she got real $#*!y and interrupted. I asked that she contact their IT manager and she acted like she couldn't care less... this is NOT the cafePress I remember- This would have been a significant repeat order- but they have angry incompetents running the show there.
Used to order from them, because it was easy to get our club t-shirts made. The quality was poor, and the items faded rather quickly.
Now I hear that ALL of my private data was stolen.

I'm Ukrainian gifts they sell content that promotes genocide of Ukrainians. Highly insensitive content. As a Ukrainian seeing those symbols I'm simply appalled.
I ordered a high voltage license plate for my truck, what I got was not like what was advertised. The print was small and not like the advertised plate. Looks stupid. Will not buy from Cafe press again. I would find somewhere else. Top pick was advertised, bottom is what I got.
The order come in as expected, I changed my mind and sent them an email to return that. I was so surprised when they replied me that there was no need to return the item and they processed a refund for me the item and postage after 2 days!

Cheap print job on hat. Very poor quality of the dachshund print job. I would not buy from them again.

I bought a Croatian clock from this company and just got it today. I spent over $40 for it and looks like total cost is $15. I put it up and the second hand got stuck between the 7-8. I won't buy from this company at all as there product is cheap, overpriced and doesn't work
I ordered and paid for a personalized mug…. Their site says"We even allow you to create a design from scratch using or Fast and Easy Custom Designer…. They delivered the mug. First time the name was missing but had the logo…two more times they had only the name but no logo.
Now they tell me I CANNOT HAVE BOTH logo and name.
Promised 12 shirts to arrive prior to Christmas for my autistic Granddaughter and her family. After inquiring on December 28th why the order had not arrived, customer service informed me that the entire order had been canceled because two shirts were out of stock. Incredibly inept company!
I ordered a Christmas ornament that said world's greatest superintendent. I got a piece of crap that said world's greatest uperintendent. Got a refund. They would not reimburse my shipping charges which were too high.
Answer: I believe the company did a great job on growth and promoting the "little guy" and November 2013 they changed policies, changed production, changed items and product quality and reduced shop owners commissions on their way to becoming greedy. They made the company a public traded entity on the stock market and was out for themselves. They got rich, the stocks fell, the products became of poor quality, and August of 2014 the president, CEO bailed out and left. To regroup they have tried to add companies like Marvel Comics, Snoopy and other big names to keep the losses from poring in, instead of supervising quality and buying a better quality product.
