Purchased a lawn sign..."In the house we believe:..." I thought it was be a solid lawn sign. Instead, I received a flimsy two-side piece of plastic with three metal "poles" that you put together and slip the sign over the poles. The plastic connectors on the poles didn't hold the sign, which flaps in the slightest breeze and fall down regularly. And, to make matter worse, I spent $33.00 for it, including shipping. I sent them an e-mail to which they did not reply.
Save yourself the aggravation and go someplace else. This is a ripe-off.
I've ordered a couple of things so far, and I am completely satisfied with everything. Both items were gifts, which arrived in a timely manner directly to the recipients. I was told they were of good quality. I love being able to order a gift for someone and have it delivered directly to that person, for a reasonable postage charge. Much less expensive than for me to ship it to the United States from where I live in Canada. Our postal rates are very high.
Creating Something To Sell Is A Horrible Experience. You will spend hours in laggy screens and pages that don't come up right. Tried different browsers with the same experience. I also don't like how they plaster your image on everything in bad spots and you have to fix each one. No Thanks... Fix your site.
Same as everyone else - wish I could share pictures - Ordered "winter solstice" cards on Dec. 5. They charged $12 shipping for a $21.00 order! Ordered supposed to arrive Dec. 12-16 (for winter solstice Dec. 21?). They were shipped on Dec. 13. Finally arrived today, Dec. 20 - nothing like the day before the event. Order was packed in a padded mailer (package weighted 8 oz) and was send ECONOMY shipping. Many of the cards were cut improperly making them unusable. Order was short 5 envelopes. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
Purchased a shirt for daughters birthday... it came and didn't fit well, the material was also very thick and uncomfortable. Sent message regarding return instructions... they replied they would get back to me in 24-48 hours, and that was almost 2 weeks ago! Sent a second message as well... still no word from them! Ridiculous!
Incredibly bad. I don't understand how some people are saying they have good customer service - in my experience they have zero customer service. I have not received replies to several of my emails asking about order status (which ended up being several weeks late - no help at all from CafePress.) I hope even just one person reads this and decides to not order from these borderline criminals. I have ordered countless items through the web but this has been by far my worst experience. Never again will I order anything from these people.
Receive a rug from cafe press in decent time. Problem is as soon as I opened and saw it in person I was horrified by the quality or lack of. Looks like a white rug was just painted with a roller. Clumping together all the fibers. Amazing! What junk. Immediately they refunded me with no return. Thanks
I ordered two t-shirts with logos on them. I ordered them early to give as a gift to my son before he went overseas and it was almost $9 to ship. They didn't arrive until two days after he left when they were supposed to be delivered two days prior to his departure. This was back in mid August.
I shipped they to him overseas an additional cost. He was very appreciative but said that the logos are already washing off. I've tried contacting CP but nothing. They suck.
Received my order faster than expected, when I opened the package there was a little mix up but I called customer service and was instantly greeted by a very friendly woman who was more than happy to help me and surpassed my expectations. Will definitely do business with them again.
Don's use cafe press. I had ordered a gift on November 17th. I paid for express shipping which was too expensive, AND i had to tack on an extra ten days for international shipping. None the less, I have contacted Cafe press multiple times about my order, every time I call they tell me things I already know. My order still has not arrived and it has been almost 3 months. Such a waste of time and money. I want mine back!

I have to say, before I read all of these terrible reviews on sizing, quality, and everyone getting a constant run around. I will not now or ever order from cafe press. Not to mention your outrageous prices, I mean really 158$ for a blanket alone?
This was the worst online site I have EVER ordered from. They have terrible customer service. Product came two weeks late. And now I can't even get a refund out of them. I mean they said it processed, but that's all a lie. Don't waste your time or your sanity shopping here. The products I customized looked NOTHING like I ordered. I have emailed them probably over 10 times and can't get an answer to my question. I'm just sick of dealing with them but I have to until they refund me.
I ordered a custom shirt (just one) and I recieved it within a few days of ordering. It said 2 weeks or earlier and they shipped it out the very next day. Also I called in to customer service and had a blast with the nice lady on phone. She asked about the funny message on my shirt so I gave her the back story and she was almost peeing herself laughing. The shirt turned out perfect and I know it will be a hit at the party it's for. I got my orders pretty quickly, and they were all perfect and exactly what I ordered! I have used them more than once and will again. If you can't buy a good doggy t shirt, use this site and make your own.
I ordered a Dri-fit shirt which was supposed to have an axe colored like the flag of Norway which said Viking on it. In the picture online, the shirt is white with no visible seams. The actual shirt arrives with large and obvious grey seams. The flag of Norway includes a heavy dose of the color red, cafepress seems to think that Norway uses bright pink on their flag. Would any self respecting Viking wear a shirt with a pink Norweigan flag? Terrible product, cheaply constructed and headed directly for the garbage. Never again. This company is trash.
First and most importantly, sticker print quality is disappointing.
Furthermore, delivery is rather slow and sticker format does in my case not match with the print, resulting in a lot of blank space on the sticker. You can cut this off with a scissor by yourself if you manage to cut long straight lines but there is always a risk that it looks even worse after... all in all, i would not recommend cafepress.
Car magnets will fade! They only lasted about 5 months!
We bought 70 car magnets to be sold as fund raisers and after 4 months, they faded! I was told by customer service that it had been a "long time" since we ordered them and there was nothing they could do.
Do not order car magnets from Cafe Press. Horrible quality!
Ordered a t shirt 2 weeks prior to Xmas. Shirt never arrived
Cafe Press sent a dhl tracking number which indicated the shirt was delivered
But we never received it. Cafe Press was to send a replacement item at no charge but it never arrived. Have sent them at least 10 emails in this regard and now getting the same old replies. Form letter 101
Charged me 8.00 for delivery of a 17.00 item that probably weighed about 3 oz.

This is the worst online company for customer service & timely delivery. Placed an order approximately 3 weeks ago & they sent to wrong address; was sent back & know I'm told its in production. How can it be in production when it was supposedly sent out & returned? You CAN NOT get a straight answer from anyone of the 2 ladies that answer the phone. And oh... they will discount the call if they can't answer your question. I WILL NOT ever order anything from this company!
I placed an order for 4 t-shirts 22 Nov 2013. Was meant to arrive 5 Dec 2013 at the latest. It is now 19 Dec 2013 and have still not received the goods or response to my queries. AVOID using Cafepress.
Answer: I believe the company did a great job on growth and promoting the "little guy" and November 2013 they changed policies, changed production, changed items and product quality and reduced shop owners commissions on their way to becoming greedy. They made the company a public traded entity on the stock market and was out for themselves. They got rich, the stocks fell, the products became of poor quality, and August of 2014 the president, CEO bailed out and left. To regroup they have tried to add companies like Marvel Comics, Snoopy and other big names to keep the losses from poring in, instead of supervising quality and buying a better quality product.
