Avoid at all costs. Professional scammers with fake names. Quoted us a price and made us pay more on the day otherwise they would not take us. Said that Amy in the office would reimburse us. Phoned Amy, who is rude, put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. They must do this all the time judging by the other reviews I've since read. Will be taking it further.
Amy Mills guaranteed she would have a car seat for my 1 year old so we paid her a large deposit however, when we arrived at Gatwick after a very long night of flying with 2 young children, the driver did not have the car seat and Amy did nothing to help which meant we had to arrange and pay for a train for 9 very tired people. I have emailed her asking to refund my deposit but she has refused. I will be reporting her and her company to the trading standards.
Don't use even if you don't have a suitable alternative. There is no service to offer and you will be abused when you finally realize. Amy Mills is the most unprofessional person there is. I am going to sue her.It was that bad.
Sends one coach for children to collect 60+ adults and blames you for not giving them individual dimensions. Apparently if we "had discomfort on the vehicle maybe the people on the vehicle were not a suitable size to fit."
It's unfortunate that we chose to grow to heights of standard adults and body widths that exceed that of small children, but I guess this is the standard we must accept.
I was scammed by this company in Cardiff
Paid £50 deposit for 16 seater minibus 3 months in advance. Found out a week before they were sending 2 seven seaters. Rang them to discuss and got abused over the phone, hung up on, no emails or texts answered. 30mins on hold each time. Total scam this company also went by the name of minibus transfers and transport Crm. Amy mills and Lucie bird both professional lying scumbags just like their manager Jacob, Avoid!
I actually don't know where to start! I dealt with Amy Mills from the start. She sent me a quote which I booked and paid deposit for. 1 week before she pretty much doubled the price and completely denied the original quote, I sent her my emails and she pretty much called my a liar. One week out and a deposit paid we didn't have much choice but to go ahead with them. On the day out driver arrived early as he had the wrong times and then to top it of they could pick us up as Amy put down the wrong time and they had another job. Through this whole process Amy yelled at my mum and put the phone down on her and we were majorly out of pocket. I'm so disappointed and really wished I'd checked reviews on this company before I used them.
Donot use this company they are VERY likely to let you down. We booked a minibus through the company to take guests to our son's wedding. The bus did not turn up, when we phoned the emergency number, they denied all knowledge of the booking. We had to hastily order a number of taxis at extra expense. The company has not admitted liability and I have been constantly ringing the numbers to get my deposit back. Finally today after 3 weeks I have the money. They operate a number of websites so do not book with any company under the free phone number *******0362. For those still out of pocket regarding deposits, keep ringing, be curtious and firm and you should get your money back
Booked an early morning taxi to take my husband to the airport and collect him from the airport at the end of the week. Paid in advance on the credit card. Taxi did not turn up and no reply when we phoned to ask where it was. Husband had to drive to airport, find car parking and barely made his flight. When I called a day later to ask why the taxi did not arrive and to ask them to return the money I was put through to a very odd man with a made up name. He is apparently the director of the company but when I asked where his company is registered he did not know and couldn't give an address. Very dodgy indeed.

Terrible company and everyone who works there obviously knows it. When you first call they put you through to a very polite agent who claims they can fulfill your exact requirements. We booked a mini bus for 3 days and on day 1 it didn't arrive then day 2 and 3 were outsourced to a local taxi firm for a considerably smaller cost to them.
Have called on many occasions (and still calling 3 weeks later) to claim back the money and only get through when I use a different number and a different name. Then when they realise who I am they either hang up or continue to say there is nothing they can do.
These people are fraudsters and thieves. Stay away from them.
Needed a minibus cab from Heathrow for family visiting from USA at short notice, no local firm prepared to take on the job. Booked via website which looked as if it was local but turned out to be cabtransfers. Was worried as the reviews were poor but Lucie let me know the name and number of the cab driver in advance and I was able to confirm with him directly. Family were delighted with the service, he was there to meet them at the gate, was very courteous and gave a good drive right to my door. It may not have been the cheapest but after a 13 hour flight it was wonderful!.
Amy is the worst, stay away from this company. Her & her staff are incompetent and no matter how many times you tell her what you need, she still gets it wrong. Just plain horrible
Booked these guys to collect my elderly parents in law from Heathrow and bring them to Wokingham. They never showed up which meant my in-laws were waiting for over an hour in the cold then had to catch a really expensive taxi. No reply to email explaining why and no apology. Disgusted.
Lovely and very helpful when they're taking your booking and chasing deposit. As soon as deposits been sent don't expect to hear from or be able to communicate with your contact again! Tried by phone and email many times to confirm my booking prior to date of collection (group of 13 going away for a hen party) - no response to calls or emails. Had my doubts but waited for them on the morning of the hen party and no bus arrives. No answer from office phone number. Spoke to a disinterested man on the "emergency number" - told he would look into it and call back - never happened! Made alternative arrangements to get to our destination at extra cost to us all! Called after the hen weekend to request refund of deposit - spoke to same disinterested man, can't remember me calling him on Saturday and once again will get back to me (without taking my name or number)! Not holding my breath and won't be wasting any more money on calling this shower! Will be reporting them!

I was also an affiliated taxi company for this taxi booking agent, i paid them and they made me a rubbish website with a horrible system and i never got any job worth doing. I would complain about no work coming from the website and they would then send me rubbish work which is not worth doing. There excuse will then be "We sent you work but you didn't want to do it". Rubbish Company.

Booked through these idiots, what a mistake. Should have done my research, all looked good when booked a month before required but I paid a deposit then silence. I asked for the drivers name and contact number, silence, asked where they were based, silence. So I cancelled and informed them I would do a charge back via my credit card company. Well that woke them up. Initially they refused to cancel and gave me a Manchester phone number, this for a taxi service in Essex, then said my 25% deposit was non-refundable. Alas for them they didn't state this in the terms and conditions, plus reasonable notice of cancellation was given. Threatened me with the full power of their legal department, I'm trembling here.

Take your £80 deposit then don't pick up 15 girls for a hen party, hang up the telephone every time you call. Called the office over 20 times to be told someone will get back to me, non one ever calls back & the staff are just damn right rude.
I would advise no one to use this company! I will not let this go until I get a full refund!

Ordered a wheelchair cab yesterday for a visiting family member and we needed transport. Received outstanding service from both the call handler and cab driver (lovely chap who was very efficient and friendly). I have used this company for several years now and have never been disappointed. Luv em!
They take a huge deposit 155 pounds in my case and fail to deliver a service, avoid this company they are a booking company that takes your money without providing what you ask for. An absolute disgrace.
They were very efficient at the outset with quotes and as soon as I paid the deposit were utterly useless and non communicative. By sheer luck we got a text directly from the eventual cab company asking for clarification on an address. I only realised then that they were a booking agent. I have subsequently received confirmation from the company that is actually driving us, but nothing from Cab Transfers. Real cowboys. Avoid at all costs
Left me stranded at airport! I hadn't booked 2 weeks in advance. When I called them to find out where my precooked driver was lady heard me perfectly until I gave my name and location, she went away to find out when she came back she pretended she couldnt hear me then hung up - ridiculous behaviour healthrow airport has the best reception - waited two mins for said deaf lady to call me back and surprise... Nothing so I called them some rude bloke answered and before I uttered by name said can't to that pick up! I reminded him I booked it two weeks prior and also sent and email to confirm the day before (which was confirmed by Ed) what's changed - he said sorry can't do I asked to speak to manager he claimed he was and hung up! - I actually can't believe it. Have no idea why I didn't stick with Clocktower cars - called them sent me a night in a shiny Prius within 15 mins -
