For many years, I was a loyal Cabinetparts.com customer. They were always my "go to" vendor. During the pandemic, I contacted their customer service department for help in purchasing a mini European hinge which holds a mirror on to a bathroom cabinet. It was challenging to find the correct hinge and plate because it was from an older cabinet. I purchased several different hinges that were recommended by Cabinet Parts' technical people. Unfortunately, none fit. I kept asking if I could ship my broken hinge to them so I would not keep purchasing the wrong product and having to incur the back and forth shipping charges that mounted. That question was one that none of the reps bothered to answer until recently. Due to COVID, they ceased the practice of accepting product from customers. I understand that. This is an unprecedented time.
Finally, I decided that this was a losing battle and I would seek another solution. I sent a complaint message about the numerous times I ordered and returned the hinges and plates (taking the advice of customer service), having to pay the ongoing shipping and return charges. After I sent the complaint through the website, "Jim" responded that they were sorry for my inconvenience and would take back any hinges and send me a return shipping label to make up for the inconvenience. I thought that was very nice, and good business sense.
After a week passed and the shipping label had still not been sent, I contacted "Jim" again, The shipping label was finally emailed. I immediately packed up the products and shipped them back. After all of this wasted time, effort and money spent, I just received a credit solely for the returned items WITHOUT the courtesy shipping refund that was promised. It is not that this was a great deal of money. The issue is the numerous wasted hours going back and forth with Cabinet Parts' customer service, the frustration of not being able to get proper help, and the added insult to injury that they don't even know how to diffuse an unhappy patient situation by simply providing the courtesy shipping cost return that they offered. Sorry CabinetParts.com, but I won't be shopping with you again, and I certainly cannot recommend your business.
Shipper had an incomplete address, leaving off unit number and fedex could not deliver. I had to call fedex, they wanted only to work with shipper, but there was no phone number on website. Finally got unit number added and parts were delivered next day. Parts were incorrect, my fault. Waiting for RMA. I have more money in these slides than they are worth.
I had a question regarding the differences between 2 Blumotion drawer slides. My question was answered and it prevented me from ordering the incorrect part.
Order processing was prompt with no problems.

My old hinges stopped working. The cabinet doors wouldn't stay shut. These new ones were very easy to install, easy to adjust, and now work great.

I have some 20+ year old Amerock cabinet hinges that I've been trying to replace for over a year, but they have been discontinued. I've bought several similar products from stores but they never worked. I found perfect replacements on your site in minutes. And they work perfectly. I should have looked online a long time ago. I purchased hinges twice within a couple of weeks. Both times package delivery was accurate and prompt, although the second time took a few more days than the first. I was completely satisfied.
I did return for credit 40 of the hinges from my first purchase because I made a mistake and ordered too many. Several weeks have passed and I have yet to be credited for the 40 hinges I returned.

Unique size. Wood screws, not pointed at the end. Appeared to be metric. Had to buy a set and trim off the end.
But, cabinet fixed.

In three separate orders this year there was always a prompt and efficient notification and delivery.
Reviewed the combination of price and quality of Euro style drawer glides. Placed order without any issues. Price was in line with that of another company I originally wanted to place an order. That company had virus issues and could not fulfill my order in the time frame needed. I chose Cabinets. Com as a substitute. Only issue with Cabinets is on the size of my order, 100 sets, I was charged freight thereby increasing my per unit cost. The other company stated there would be no freight charges on a similar order as that placed with Cabinets. Com.
I definitely will take the freight issue into consideration on all future decisions of ordering from Cabinets. Com.

I tried to look up what shipping address I had used and couldn't but everything arrived as scheduled.
I ordered soft close drawers slides and I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was. They are awesome.
It was great however, in the packaging would be nice if the items had some kind of styrofoam inside on the corners. The postal workers, aren't to careful when dropping over the fence. A corner of my item was damaged but not enough to have the hassle of sending it back. Other than that product is wonderful.
I needed hinges for cabinets in my kitchen. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me immediately with links to the part numbers I needed. Super easy to shop when an expert tells you what you need!
Cabinet parts site made it easy to select a drawer slide for my kitchen application. They had a good variety to choose from. I installed the slides myself and looked to their YouTube video for guidance. I had to look for other videos b/ c sound and visual quality of video was poor. Plenty of other videos to help.

Not your fault but can not depend on USPS for reliable service. This is the second time this happened to me this month.
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
